Where has everyone gone?.......Did something happen and I miss it? :unsure:

Its been quiet here for ages....helllllooooooooo

K1 Visa - 2009

March 7th - POE Newark, NY

March 30th - received SSN

April 25th - Married

April 27th - Changed name on SSN

AOS

May 12th - AOS paperwork sent

Aug 20th - Interview in Philly

Aug 21st - GC production ordered

Aug 24th - Welcome to the USA letter received

Aug 31st - Rec'd son's GC

Sept 2nd - Rec'd my GC ....all set for 2 years now

LIFTING CONDITIONS

June 20th sent I-751 to Vermont

June 25th received at Vermont.

June 27th NOA date

July 2nd Packet returned as section not filled in correctly---how stupid am I?!?!?

July 5th Packet sent back (overnight delivery) to USCIS with form filled in correctly

July 6th Packet received and signed for at Vermont

August 18th Biometrics Appointment in Philly........JULY 27TH EARLY BIOMETRICS DONE

Nearly 1 year later!!!
....received notification for my son to get biometrics done!(May 15th 2012)

May 11th 2012 Son's biometrics done early

June 2012 - Notice of lifting of conditions received

June 12th - texts- GC in production

June 13th - text- GC in post

June 15th - Received GC's!!!!!!

Yes that's truee, especially i have 2 kids who really miss daddy so much for almost 2 years... :crying: :crying: :crying:

but i know GOD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME.i can wait...even it's to hard and i believe all of us here whose waiting this

Judging by a search of similar timelines, there are 4 NOA2s in the group--averaging 126 days between NOA1 and NOA2.

So... if you submitted in mid-July and got an NOA1 in early August (like me), it appears that NOA2s will be coming in late November or early December.

If the trend holds up, we'll start hearing from early July filers by mid-November. Stay frosty!

Lifting Conditions

01-Jun-2011: Filed I-751

06-Jun-2011: I-751 NOA

20-Jul-2011: Biometrics appointment

03-Dec-2011: File Electronic AR-11 to update address

25-Mar-2012: Approved

I'm almost jealous of that... it's getting cold here and my man is not here to keep me warm!

Hang in there guys, I dont want to say be patience because for now little patience left for me heheheh. But what else we can do? This is hurry and wait games! But be strong , we are getting near...

06-15-09..... Sent AOS Package

06-25-09..... Recieved NOA AOS EAD AP

06-29-09..... Recieved Biometrics appointment for July 21

07-10-09..... Case transfered to California

08-05-09..... AOS Card production ordered

08-06-09..... AP approval sent

08-06-09..... EAD Card production ordered

08-11-09..... Got my GREENCARD

08-13-09..... Got my EAD card and AP
