My fiance is from the US and he's coming to the Netherlands, so it's the other way around...

I wanted to go and visit him in the US, but the US consulate in the Netherlands also said, that the chance of letting me in was not very big. So we decided for him to come here :D .

By the way.... I didn't tell you all to make you jealous...... :blush: SORRY for that!

But I guess everyone can imagine how excited and anxious I am ;)

1/30/09 - NOA2

???? - 45 Days of AP at NVC

03/15/09 - Left NVC

03/26/09 - Received pct. 3

05/06/09 - sent pkt back.

05/08/09 - Received pkt. 4

05/12/09 - Interview

07/24/09 - Out of AP

07/30/09 - Sent passport to Embassy.

08/15/09 - Received Passport with Visa.

08/18/09 - POE: Atlanta. It went very smooth, no problems at all. In and out in 30 minutes.

10/05/09 - Sent AOS/EAD

10/19/09 - Rec'd NOA

11/05/09 - Transferred to C.S.C.

11/10/09 - Biometrics - Cancelled waiting for new appt.

12/21/09 - Biometrics - Went well with no problems.

12/31/09 - EAD Card received.

02/16/10 - Transferred to Lee's Sumit, Mo

03/04/10 - Recieved AOS Interview letter.

04/07/10 - A.O.S. Interview - Approved. Very easy interview.

04-26-10 - 2Yr. Green card Received.

My US fiance filed for us on 16th July 2008 and he received his letter on 8th August. So now just waiting to hear more like the rest of you.

K1 Visa - 2009

March 7th - POE Newark, NY

March 30th - received SSN

April 25th - Married

April 27th - Changed name on SSN

AOS

May 12th - AOS paperwork sent

Aug 20th - Interview in Philly

Aug 21st - GC production ordered

Aug 24th - Welcome to the USA letter received

Aug 31st - Rec'd son's GC

Sept 2nd - Rec'd my GC ....all set for 2 years now

LIFTING CONDITIONS

June 20th sent I-751 to Vermont

June 25th received at Vermont.

June 27th NOA date

July 2nd Packet returned as section not filled in correctly---how stupid am I?!?!?

July 5th Packet sent back (overnight delivery) to USCIS with form filled in correctly

July 6th Packet received and signed for at Vermont

August 18th Biometrics Appointment in Philly........JULY 27TH EARLY BIOMETRICS DONE

Nearly 1 year later!!!
....received notification for my son to get biometrics done!(May 15th 2012)

May 11th 2012 Son's biometrics done early

June 2012 - Notice of lifting of conditions received

June 12th - texts- GC in production

June 13th - text- GC in post

June 15th - Received GC's!!!!!!

APR 10 2009....Our Glorious Wedding (Good Friday, How cool uh?)

Hey Everyone!!!

Well, I am going to join in this forum also...my entire life I thought I was a patient person, but now if I am not busy I am driving myself insane. My application was received on July 22nd, and my check cashed on the 8th of August. My application was touched on the 12th and that was it...sigh. The waiting game is agony, but worth it.

We got our NOA1 last July 24 but until no touch yet... They were busy giving NOA2 to May filers.

I am just really wishing nd hoping we will get an approval in the month of october but it seems it will not happen since the may filers didnt get their NOA2 yet.. i a really frustrating here.

No, but our time is comming...I think starting next month, we will see july approvals...You will b probably the first one to get it. :thumbs:

Hi all

I am new to this thread, I was on another Jul thread but that had both Service Centers on it.

Just wanted to see if I am being crazy, does anyone else check their status on the USCIS website 3-4 times a day???????

03/16/08- Engaged

07/10/08- I-129F was delivered to Vermont

04/29/09 - Entry to USA

05/30/09 - MARRIED

06/01/09 - Sent AOS/EAD/AP

06/23/09 - Moved to CSC

09/25/09 - GC Received

I noticed a thread that says that a couple of the Jun filers at the Vermont Center have received their NOA2. :thumbs::thumbs:

I know this is the exception more than the rule, but it gets the heart pounding a bit.
