I know the H1-B thing is true, i knew before it happened that they would stop processing them, because it happens every year... more or less at the same time... Is there any VJ members who have been here for a Loooooooonnngg enough time to remember what happened with the Service Centers the last time there was an election year?

I'm hoping your right... that the floodgates just fly wide open and VSC rips out all the approvals. The last approval we got on the VSC just banged my timeline from estimated approval date Sep 27 to Oct 8... so that was a bad stat. i really hope all of us 2008 NOA1's can be with our loved ones this Christmas... cause missing chrismas really sucks...

either way i stay confused... :blink:

I hope they will start working on I-130 this months. But again, they still have a great excuse, that they are working on Citizenship applications before the election. So I won't be surprised if there will be no or very few approvals this months. I really hope that I'm wrong though.

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!
