URGENT QESTIONS FORM I864

Hi All,

I have questions regarding form I-864.

I am using a sponsor cuz my husband is currently unemployed. My sponsor is single and is living by himself. Shall we check I AM THE ONLY JOINT SPONSOR on the part I?

Also, on the household size, shall he write only 1 since he is living by himself. Because on the part it also ask on the number of person he is sponsoring then add himself. I am a bit confused cuz if he adds me that will give him 2 as total but I dont live with him.

Lastly, he is sending his W-2 forms, paystubs and Certificate of employment. Will this be enough? On his W2s his annual is 24K. Will this be enough to sponsor me?

I truly appreciate any response.

US Citizen/Spouse MUST be primary sponsor, and MUST provide I-864 even if un-employed.

Joint sponsor will check, "d" I am only Joint Sponsor. Still is 2 for his household size.. they count self and person they are sponsoring.

24K is fine, he also has to include copy of 1040 for 2007.

Better yey get simple IRS transcripts for past 3 years.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
