I-134 form with regard for a mortgage

On the I-134 form, is it required to list a home that is owned and the mortgage on it? Like many Americans these days, I owe more on my house that it is worth. If it is not an asset, do I need to list it on the I-134? If it is required to list it, how will it effect the issuance of a visa to my fiancee? I have more than enough salary to prove that I can support her. Thanks in advance!

If you read the forums regulary instead of just posting when you have a question you would see that this is nearly a daily question, the answer to which is, "If your income is sufficient, you may simply skip all asset related questions on the I-134."
