or is it a waste of time checking my online status today???

Rajaa

During my one year journey I found it to be a waste of time checking the status. Even when there was new info it was wrong.

My case was approved & sent to the embassy about a month before they updated the web site.

Read in the " Guides " what a former adjudication officer says goes on for some peace of mind.

I think Ricker is referring to the main page of the USCIS' website with some questions answered by the head of USCIS... but I could be wrong. Also Rajaa, our case has not been updated on the USCIS' website. It still shows pending. I am not sure if it is worth the trouble checking the status but I know it does help in making oneself believe one has been doing enough to stay updated.

You are in my prayers Rajaa

Ameen thank you Sara I went to the movies late last night with some other girls and texted my husband when I got home... he never recieved a text and was so worried about me... he begged me not to go out late again.... I think he is starting to feel the strain too of being seperated.

Insha allah all this will be a past we all look back on soon.

You said it Rajaa! I know how ukhi feels. I just had a flash back of all the times we said goodbye at the airports...Its funny how the look away posing they are not feeling anything but their eyes are numb

You should look after yourself. I remember the last time I was out with Zayd on the streets of London....it felt like I was walking around with a bodyguard.... Ajmal ehsaas... but in their absence, I know they'd do whatever they can to keep us safe.
