I'm wondering whether this is realistic or not.

http://www.miracoalition.org/issues/federa...sing-projection

According to above URL, USCIS and FBI has agreement to commit themselves to complete 98% of name-check request within 30 days, and remaining 2% within 90 days from orginal request.

They are targetting for June 2009 to make it happened.

I'm wondering whether this move starts to take effective or not.

Here is another FAQ from FBI regarding name-check.

http://www.fbi.gov/page2/nationalnamecheck.htm

So from my finding, you should expect fingerprint response from FBI to USCIS within 3 days - mostly same day -,

and namecheck result within 60 days for most cases, potentially will be reduced within 30 days next year.

Anybody waiting for longer than 60 days for FBI name-check done ?
