Check your DS157 the portion where it says, DO NOT FILL... intend to maary __________ put your fiance's name and then sign below. On DS156, when do you intend to arrive in the US, fill it handwritten with month and year, if you don't know exact date. Just to avoid delays when you're about to get a TICKET NUMBER.

i think that would be all. may magaassist naman pagdating nyo sa loob ireremind kayo regarding sa ds forms. napakasmooth naman ng process basta all ears ka lang pag may nagaannounce ng mga names and all eyes ka din lagi sa queuing borad. if i were u iorganize mo na yung mga documents na dadalhin mo para madali pag may hiningi sila sayo. lahat ng ds forms pagsamasamahain mo, ur cenomar,bc and nbi originals ang kukunin nila, ayusin mo na yung mga attachment mo sa evidence of support, evidence of genuine engagement, evidence of the meeting prior to the petition. do not forget to bring 1 valid id and ur appointment letter. Maria has her interview on June 10th, and we finished putting together the entire package I'm sending her in with. I've probably gone into overkill overdrive, and have her armed with two business cases with labeled files, but I'm taking no prisoners on this one. In answer to your question, the D157 is aboslutely required. You should have been given that form when you paid the interview fee at a BDO (Banco De Oro), and they actually staple it to the numbered Receipt of Payment that they provide. There is a web page you need to visit immediately, and it will walk you through every step that will take place on interview day; including, the forms you need and how they should be filled out. I've been living here with Maria since January, while waiting for the USCIS and then NVC to finish torturing us. My plan from the start of my ordeal back in May 2008 was to be with her at the interview, so I came here in January hoping it would be done by my birthday in March. Oh well. At least it will be over with soon. If you are in town a few days before her interview date on June 10th, maybe we can meet.
