What happens in you get denied for a second time?

Just wondering what happened if you get denied after you get the first blue slip? if you are denied 2 times do they send your case back afterwards? just wondering if it would be better to hire a lawyer or try to turn in evidence they asked for ? any thoughts? trying to make this choice.

Is your case delayed or denied? I believe you are being delayed rather than denied. If your re-summit document still not satisfied HCMC, they will send your case back to USCIS. This is considered "denied".
