Dear All,

I have been recently thinking bout someone that I know, who is going to bring her fiance to meet her illegal immigrant parents in the US. There folks are going to hold wedding ceremony in the local church. I have been talking to this person and it looks like she is hiding the fact that her parents stay illegally in the US. Yet, for being someone who knows a little about how to immigrate to US, I could not be fooled the first place. She and her parents went to States last year for a vacation and her parents have never come back since. Anyways, her sister has become an illegal immigrant earlier about nine years ago.

She said to me that her mom's friend will send an invitation (I don't know what kind) in order to make it easier for her fiance to get the visa (she still has valid 5 yr old tourist visa). My question is, do you think there will be chance for this guy to get a tourist visa granted? Remembering, the interview questions will revolve around what he will do, and if he knows someone in the US with whom he will be staying with.

Plus, he will be in no position to tell the interviewer that this friend is her fiancee's mom' friend (For his fiancee's mom is an illegal immigrant in the US). Even if he will speak the truth as to how he knows this restaurant owner, do you think the interviewer will find out that his fiancee's mom still lives in the US (illegally)?

Any opinion will be much appreaciated! :) Cheers!
