Called NVC today for interview date

Called NVC on Wednesday and Friday of this week. No interview date set as of now. will have to call next week again for interview date

Could be that maybe they had to change it for their internal records/benefit, maybe they can't schedule an interview date and had to change it... They did that to me too, but with my DS-230, first they said receive DS-230 on June 23, then it changed to Received DS-230 on July 17

Almost one month after they actually received it... But mine was because they had misplaced my file for about 3 weeks

I had an odd experience. According to NVC automatic AVR, my "case complete" date changed. Initially, it was July 30th but yesterday I called and it had changed to "August 5th." Any idea of what that might mean?

Just figured it out. It relates to the "RFE" that I got asking me to pay the IV fee! In addition to calling and speaking with the NVC operator on July 23rd, I also went ahead and replied to the RFE by sending in (via USPS) my IV fee payment receipt and other bank evidence. On Aug. 5th, NVC sent me a letter (which I got today) saying that they received my RFE reply and that all is OK. That's why the "Case Complete" date changed from July 30th to Aug. 5th. I called the operator to verify this (We don't have our interview date yet).

Don't waint until Friday.... AVR doesn't update only on Monday or Tuesday or Friday or Saturday,... We have find out by ourselves that it changes any day of the week....

I did talk to the operator and they said interview date has not been assigned as today. so I will have to call again tomorrow.

Ohhh ok!... Try later tonight (maybe they did it later today) lol... I get on my hubby's nerves... I call NVC 3 times per day until I get good news (lol... lol..) then I wait a couple of days for more good news and start calling again 3 times a day!!!

September 2008 Interview date are posted for Bombay. My case was complected on July 31, 2008. dont see my see my case number on September schedule. guess have to wait till octomber.
