FYI for those married couples who are filing/planning to file through the embassy in moscow I thought I'd share my results. I submitted my I-130 on 14 July 2008 and was adjudicated on the following day. Just to note, if your spouse has recently held a US visa the time needed for processing is significantly less. I finally received the notice in the mail on 30 July along with packet 3/4 for my wife. My wife is scheduled for her interview on 8 September which ammounts to a total of 56 days from the day I submitted my I-130. Overall the process has been smooth and all the remains is to gather the necessary documents for the interview.

Also, if anyone would be kind enough to comment on which medical center is better, plese feel free to let me know. The processing time is not an issue as we are currently living in Moscow.

We went to the Swiss one whose name escapes me now. They were busy but friendly and seemingly competent.
