what are the documents needed during the medical examination? You have to bring your letter from USEM,just in case u havent received it yet , email of your appointment date will suffice,plus 3 pcs.US visa size photos ,black ball pen

when is the best time to go there? you can try to go at SLEC past lunch time around 1pm and also on the second day you can go there at 3pm mas konti na mga tao nun.

Dont go for medical on monday and friday.

hi sis! u need to bring the confirmation letter of your interview and if you have the letter from the embassy about your interview appointment better bring that too. some of the guards there (slec) ask that letters, the others they will just ask you the confirmation letter... bring your passport too... just wait for the others reply maybe i forgot something... i hope it helps. good luck for ur med. exam!

Best time to be there is in the afternoon around 1 pm and don't forget to make some photocopy of your passport, NOA2, appointment letter, 2x2 picture and pen and the NVC letter which include your manila case number..GOODLUCK! AND PRAY!

FIRST DAY-THE NVC LETTER ABOUT INTERVIEW AND MEDICAL APPOINTMENT.

SECOND DAY-YOU NEED TO SUBMIT 2X2 VISA SIZE PHOTOS WITH WHITE BACKGROUND.

-MEDICAL RECORD/CERTIFICATION IF REQUESTED THE FIRST DAY

-PEN

-COMPLETE ADDRESS OF WHERE YOU WILL GONA LIVE IN THE U.S./TELEPHONE/CONTACT NUMBERS OF PETITIONER FROM THE U.S.

-PASSPORT

-XECURE SOME PASSPORT XEROX COPIES

-BUY THAT PLASTIC COVER FOR X-RAY BEING SOLD OUTSIDE SLEC. NOT THAT BAD.

OPTIONAL:

VACCINE RECORDS IF YOU ALL READY HAD SHOTS BEFORE

MEDICAL CERT. IF PREGNANT

X-RAY FILM AND RECORDS IF IT IS STILL VALID.

SNEAK IN SOME CHICHAS LIKE CANDIES AND BISCUITS...IT WILL BE HOURS OF WAITING.

i just had my medical last tuesday and wednesday just bring 3 pcs. 2x2 pics, your appointment letter from the usem, your passport, oppsss black pen and medical fee 9 thousand something, bring 10thousand to make sure and the best time---- AFTERNOON and on your second day--- hapon ulit mga 2pm or 3pm kasi minsan sasabihin nila wala pa 'yung doctor na naghahandle ng file mo.

oopsss....all of your questions have been answered na. When I had my medical last July 28-29 I went there 12:15PM during the first day then second day was 1:00PM.

Some people say yes some no. Alls I know is my wifes sis was with her thruout the medical. Also had her cellphone and yaked with me during her interview.
