Hi all,

our case (CR1) was completed on July 16 and the interview was assigned on July 29, the AVR didnt change yet and i dont know if our case was forward to Embassy. how long it takes to send the case?

10/24/11 at 8:45 Delivery confirmed

10/27/11 Check cashed

10/26/11 NOA1

11/4/11 Biometrics for 11/22/11

11/28/11 received notification that I am in line for interview scheduling

11/30/11 received both text and email that my N-400 is already schedule for interview

1/05/12 interview - passed !!!!

3/22/12 Oath Ceremony !!!!

It takes about 2 weeks. When in doubt always think two weeks for everything when it comes to the NVC and you'll be pretty close.

08/08/07 - Case Complete

09/27/07 - Interview, visa granted

10/02/07 - POE

11/16/07 - Received green card and Welcome to America letter in the mail

Removing Conditions

07/06/09 - I-751 sent to CSC

08/14/09 - Biometrics

09/27/09 - Approved

10/01/09 - Received 10 year green card

U.S. Citizenship

03/30/11 - N-400 sent via Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation

05/12/11 - Biometrics

07/20/11 - Interview - passed

07/20/11 - Oath ceremony - same day as interview

Mine was also complete on the 16th and the interview assigned on July 28th. Mine shipped on the 30th. My AVR does say it was shipped.

Hi our case was complete on 7/22, received our interview date on 7/28 for 9/29 and it was forward to Embassy on 7/29.

we have the interview on 09/03/08 and they sent us a letter on 07/28/08 with the instructions
