We will be having our interview on June 12. We will have only been married 6 months by then. This is the relationship proof that we have so far:

1-joint auto insurance

2-joint phone bills

3-joint cable bills

4-junk mail addressed to each and both of us.

we dont have joint health insurance because we dont want to be paying double the premium, also no joint tax returns for 2005 because we married in the beginning of 2006.

Would this be enough since we have not been married for long?

try to have some pictures of you together and also with some friends or family members and also you can ask people who know you to write affidavit. good luck. it is a good thing that you got your interview so quick. my lawyer just told me that it will take me 10-12 months to get the notice. :(

Do you have lease or mortgage documents showing both your names on it or a joint bank account or joint car ownership papers?

Anything you can take with you to show a bona fide marriage is good.

Aug. 21/08... Interview - PASSED!!!!

Sept. 2/08... Oath Ceremony

Sept. 5/08... Sent in Voter Registration Card

Sept. 9/08... SSA office to change status to "U.S. citizen"

Oct. 8/08... Applied in person for U.S. Passport

Oct. 22/08... U.S. Passport received

DONE!!! DONE!!! DONE!!! DONE!!!

KAELY (K-2 Visa)

Apr. 6/05... DS-230, Part I faxed to Vancouver Consulate

May 26/05... K-2 Interview - APPROVED!!!!

Sept. 5/05... Entered U.S.

Sept. 7/05... I-485 & I-131 sent to CLB

Feb. 22/06... AOS Interview - APPROVED!!!!! (Passport NOT stamped)

Dec. 4/07... I-751 sent to NSC

May 23/08... 10-Yr. PR Card arrives in the mail

Mar. 22/11.... N-400 sent to AZ

June 27/11..... Interview - PASSED!!!

July 12/11..... Oath Ceremony

No, we both owned our cars before we got married and we owe money on them so we cant change registration to reflect both names until they are payed off. We dont have a mortgage, we rent.

Hi, We just had our interview yesterday, depending on what your life experience is like be prepared for anything. You can read my interview under moondancer627. You have quite a lot of documentation so I think you will be fine, just make sure to take photos with people in them.

If you rent then the lease is in one of your names, call your landlord and have them add the other person to the lease and send you a copy.

03-23-2006 AOS & EAD Touched.

03-31-2006 Emily's Birthday ~ 2 Years Old

03-31-2006 AOS & EAD Touched. (Could be from the AR-11 and I-865 Change of address forms).

04-03-2006 AOS & EAD Touched.

05-09-2006 USCIS Site states that EAD was approved.

05-11-2006 Received EAD Card in the mail.

06-05-2006 Received AOS Interview letter.

07-26-2006 AOS Interview - APPROVED.

07-31-2006 Received WELCOME letter in the mail.

07-31-2006 Received E-mail -- Card is on the way.

08-05-2006 Received Green Card -- Good for 10 years.

11-08-2006 New addition to the family - Anali Grace was born
