I've tried searching but I keep getting a board error message.

Regarding the I-134 and the income being over 125% over the poverty line for the household;

My fiancee lives with his parents but they are not dependent on him. Does this mean that we need to be following the household of 2 (for me and him) or 4 (for me, him and his parents)?

If it means anything, his mum will probably be co-sponsoring as he works freelance at the moment.

Of course we will hopefully have a place of our own by then, but I'm looking at worst case scenarios.

If your fiancee claims his parents on his taxes than its 4 if he does not then 2. Since his mother will co-sponser sounds to me that he does not claim his parents on his tax returns

It would be a household of two, you and your fiance, assuming no one else is dependent upon him.

Ok then... This is a very interesting situation. My fiance pays alimony payments to his ex-wife. He now lives with his parents but they are not reflected in his tax remittances. Now, does this mean he is supporting a household of 3 (me, himself and his ex-wife)? Please advise. Thanks!

And I am a single mom... My kid will be reflected in the form... So this means, he will be supporting a household of 4?

Is your son coming to the states? If not, then no. Wait, you said he's supporting financially his ex-wife? As in, she's a legal dependent of his?

Guys the rule is if you claim them on the tax returns you put them on I-134. Alimony, no alimony, child support does not matter if these adults live together or money tranfers hands.
