can u bring a dog from over seas. does it need a visa or does it have to go through immigration will they be asking him anything? also if he bites any citizens will he be deported. this isnt funny so dont be ignorant about it just answer as an adult.

Since they don't have passport, I don't think they need VISA.

But they need some paperwork for customs, I believe.

Especially some immunication record, and things like that.

That's what we called "Quarantine?", I believe.

You can find general idea from here.

It was real easy bringing my dog here, shots and some papers that were easy to get, was so dumb thought it would just as easy to bring my wife here. Could it because my dog had to be put in a crate, or was it because he was from Germany and my wife was from Venezuela? Anyway, the dog was very expensive, but the handling was cheap, around 150 bucks. My wife was free, but those handling charges were more than I paid for the dog and I gather wife's have to go through immigration, where my dog didn't have to do all that stuff. He, doesn't have an SS card, EAD, PRC, none of that stuff.

Neither my dog or wife bite anybody, yet.

Easy to bring an animal from a rabies free country like Britian or Australia. Not sure what has to be done from other countries.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

Yeah, but rabies is very easy to contain, the USCIS isn't, so we get contained instead.

Are you sure that your wife is free ?

I think your wife is priceless. Probably one of Master Card Commercial. ^^

Nick D, I have a favor to ask you: Can you please stop posting comments? Seriously, my stomach is starting to hurt. I’m LOL on written words…   loco

Hey, noone

Without nice humor, how can we keep our temper away, and blood pressure low with this USCIS thing?

Ha, I thought you were going to get on me for not only importing a wife, but a dog as well. But the dog would be on another board, American versus the German bred German Shepherd Dog. Americans got carried away with the show bred, not very healthy and certainly not very intelligent, in both my experience and opinion, the German bred is far superior.

But really no preference on which country to import a wife from the whole entire universe was open to me for that. Was surprised I found my mate in South America, had a stereotype view that these women were hot tempered and threw things, but for me, the sweetest most lovely woman in the world.

Ha, that was funny the first time we met in person, brought my dog with me to the airport, he wouldn't let her get near the car. But I gave her a hug and kissed her for the first time. He jumped and knocked me over and licked her face, telling me, she is his, not mine. He fell in love with her too.

Then I learned about immigration, not such a wide open world after all.

Of course, Flava's never told us what country we're dealing with.

r u saying i should say my husband is a dog and put him in a cage so immigration doesnt ask any questions?

No, I'm saying if you gave us some more information as to your specific circumstances, as many people have asked, we would be able to give you move specific, and thus more helpful answers. When you ask a general question, you get a general answer.

Think we can pull this off Flava, first copy and paste this photo and send it to your husband where he can find a plastic surgeon and make him look like this.

stfran.jpg

No problems getting him here then, well depending on the country, but send him to me where I will get him trained to become a blind leading guide dog. You will want this so you can bring him along in stores and restaurants, but you will have to wear a pair of sunglasses.

Training takes about 6-24 months depending upon his intelligence, I hope a lot sooner, but will have to pass the board test and become certified. After that it's just a rabies shot every three years and a distemper shot once a year that you will need to keep his dog's license up to date. I will throw in the guidedog harness for free as a get together present.
