Packet 3 received. Montreal Consulate confusion

OK so here's a few questions that I'm hoping y'all(see I'm almost a Texan already) can help me with in doing this packet 3 deal.

#1 The forms sent to me from Montreal consulate are out of date. I am assuming I print off the latest version from online instead of using the forms provided?(even though I read a caution against using forms they didn't send to us)

#2 The letter request DS-230 Part 1. The new version of the letter I downloaded has a Part 2. They only request that I send in part 1. Should I use their old form or send in the new downloaded form withouth sending in Part2?

#3 Is it ok to hold off on sending in the DS-156K form and supporting documents and just bring it in to the interview with me?

I'm still waiting for Police report and Affidavit of support.

#4 Do I have to have all documents in hand before I send in the checklist DS-230 and DS-156(online form in duplicate) or can I send it all in as the medical has been scheduled, the police reports have been ordered and the Affidavit for support will be on it's way soon.

#5...any suggestions you can offer to help make sure I do everything properly?

#6 When do I pay for everything?

Thanks in advance everyone

#1 Be sure to check validity dates. You can check here if you are unsure which edtions are valid.

#2 No clue

#3 DS-156K I believe is the one that is signed in the prescence of your interviewer and no action is to be taken before that point on it.

#4 No clue

#5 Be sure to check the bottom of this page and here too for any more information regarding the Montreal consulate.

#6 If by everything, you mean the Visa...then you bring $131 cash to the interview. Otherwise, you pay for medicals, police certificates, etc as you get them. I doubt they'd let you leave without paying ;)

I forgot to attach a passport photo to Form 156. :( I don't know how I missed this but I already sent it all in. What should I do now? Send in another 156 but this time with the photo and hope it doesn't cause any issues?

I don't remember sending in my 156. I thought I took that to the interview? That's what one of your passport pictures is for. THEY put your passport picture on the form. Don't worry about it. Bring extra pictures if you want or another form to the interview. If it would have caused an issue, I'm sure they would have notified you by now.

You take 156K with ya...156 is done online printed in duplicate and sent in with packet 3. I got an email response from the consulate stating that I could either send in the form with the pics again or just hold off and take extras with me to the interview. I think I'll do the latter
