AOS Interview letter request I-864 & I-693..again?

Do I fill out another I-864 and have our carbon copy of the I-693 prepared to submit during our interview? Anyone that can share some information will be much appreciated. I realize it states "unless already submitted," but that appears to be another stumbling block, because surely they would have all this available if they had arranged for our interview. Looking forward to your reply-Pachyderm

I myself made a copy of everything and took it with me just in case.

They did however not ask for it at the interview.

Ditto. :yes: Better safe than sorry, so come prepared with all your visa paperwork! :thumbs:

Dec 27, 2010: Surrender Certificate Arrives
Jan 3, 2011: Sent for Overseas Citizenship of India Card
March 1, 2011: Received OCI card!

Divorce

Feb 2015:​ Found out he was cheating (prostitutes / escorts)

​May 2015: Divorce Final

it's not a Visa interview, it's AOS, and I will take copies, I was just curious about the affidavit of support and the medical.

By visa paperwork I guess I meant all paperwork from the whole process. We took EVERYTHING from the beginning of the visa process, including the I-129F, all paperwork for the visa interview and all paperwork for AOS too! I guess we overdid it but I thought better safe than sorry! The only thing they asked for (besides relationship proof like joint bank accounts etc.) was another copy of our marriage certificate.

I would say filling out another I-864 is not necessary but if it gives you peace of mind, go ahead and have it ready. And of course, bring copy of the medical. No telling what they say they lost. Just like they said our marriage certificate wasn't in the AOS packet so they needed another copy! :angry:
