Why?

The polution is real bad, jobs are hard to find, and being a non-mormon makes it not so easy

My supervisor is from there, moved here to florida 5 yrs ago, she sd it was a nightmare living there, and even when she goes back to visit her parents she counts the minutes til returning here to FL.

She even stated that her parents dropped the mormon religion at one time, and as soon as that happened, her mom was fired, she was picked on in school, and her father was given a hard time at work, but when they became mormon again, everything was fine.

She sd the city itsself is nasty, and i agree, i went up there with hubby to visit his best friend, and its it real gross, and ive been all over the country and i rank SLC as one of the worst places ive ever been.

Watch the movie SLC Punk too....its good.

Alcohol in SLC or UT ingeneral is 3% proof instead of the normal 6% bc of mormanism. :)

Aren't most of the bars there "members only"?

I only know Southern Utah, which because of tourism is not too bad for getting beer and wine in restaurants but finding a bar and hard liquor is another story
