Called VSC

I called the VSC asking her if my file is being looked by an officer. She took Receipt #s and told me to wait. 30 seconds later she comes back saying that she checked my file and she cannot give me any information. It's weird bcoz usually they wouldn't even take the receipt #s, they will just say call the customer service. I am not sure if i am looking into this too much...... Has any1 experienced this?

Yes 98% of the officers will tell you just that. Sometimes you get 2% officer who'll give you more scoop!

I called today to ask how long it may take for them to receive it from the CSC... and got talked to like I was a complete idiot... she asked for my receipt number about 3 times ( I was perfectly clear), and then asked if I was approved, I said yes, and that I had gotten the email, not the hard copy... she was puzzled by this, and made me read the ENTIRE email out to her!! And then she asked me to repeat the date...why didnt she just ask me that, instead of making me read it all!?? "oh, we have not received it, call in 4 weeks"?? She was talking really slow and being rude, I was getting really annoyed! LOL

i think the vsc employees have memorized the same answer just so they have something to say to people who call them all the time. when my husband called them couple of weeks ago, that was the exact same thing he also got.
