packet 3 clarification

We finally recieved our packet 3 today!! HUZZUH!!! Just trying to clarify because the checklist and whatnot have me confused. All I have to send to get the interview date are ds-230, and d-156 and checklist ( not the actually items ON the checklist)?

Do I need to include the photo in the photo section of the d-156?

If you search for "Packet 3" using the search bar on you will find your answer.

Also, try going to your embassys website and seeing what the actual requirements are.
