GFL - great news!! I can't believe some of us are getting interview dates already! That is awesome news!!! Don't forget to PM me updates!!!

Right. So apparently I've been tracking someone else's EAD online. I guess I put in one number off from our real one....so whoever has that particular case number should be receiving their EAD soon.....

Still can't find the AP online yet. All our cases were received on August 6 and P's Biometrics was on 9/10.

Really hope something comes up soon.....

So does that mean that your EAD hasn't been approved yet..!? I am confused - that is really weird!!

Jeraly - yeah, that means our EAD hasn't been approved. I'm just a special one who can't type in numbers. However, some person with the same biometrics day as us had their EAD approved :)

P is going to the local office on November 18th though and he should get the EAD then as it's been over 90 days now.

Still can't see AP online and nada on the AOS.

You silly goose .. :lol: Thanks for the congrats! I'm very happy about it. I think we're going to start seeing more and more interview letters coming this way.

I am just worried about the fact that my husband is now officially unemployed since he quit his job. He just recently went on and got a job with a competitor company, but he had to work in CA for 30 days then come back to FL. However, we ended up being there for 1 month and a half and they said that was no work in FL yet.

So... considering we have a house, car and bills (lots of those) here in FL, didn't make sense to stay in SD, so we came back.

Now I don't know what's going to happen. I tried reading on similar cases and it looks like I have to bring a new I-864 to the interview and they have to approve it then. So hopefully, and most certainly he will be working very soon and making just as much money as before so we can qualify without any problems. But that still concerns me.

Does anyone have any advice/inputs about the situation?

08/29/08 - Notice of Rejection of 797C Fee (Sent in extra money - money order mailed back.)

Fee waived for I-765 application when filed concurrently with I-130 and I-485.

08/30/08 - Biometrics Apt Notice received

09/13/08 - Biometrics completed and picture taken

11/05/08 - EAD card production ordered

11/07/08 - Received I-485 Interview letter

11/10/08 - EAD card production ordered (again)

11/13/08 - EAD approval notice sent

11/14/08 - EAD arrived in the mail

11/21/08 - I-130 touched and I-485 finally shows up online

12/08/08 - Interview for GC - RFE requested :-(

01/02/09 - Response from RFE received (Form G-56/Call-in Notice Appointment)

01/16/09 - Second Appointment to review application -- APPROVED! :-))) YAY!!!

Many people rec their interview about a month after they rec their EAD so Hydey might be right.

Gah. We could live without any information on his AOS....we just want/need his EAD. It's getting frustrating supporting everyone on my teacher's salary. I mean, we're making it, sure, but Christmas is coming and well, it's just stressful....
