Congrats, mmmm1982!!

Nothing for us. I want my husband's AP!

Have any of you ordered prints of photos from webshots? If you have, how long does it take? I don't have a photo quality printer and I don't want to do this at Kinky's...err, I mean, Kinko's. Only some of my wedding photos are on my own camera, the rest have been emailed to me. I need some wedding pictures asap to include in thank you notes. Gah.

CVS is really good and fast for pictures, i think they work alongside Kodak with their orders. Plus my Wife works there so i get a discount :devil: (ironically she's the photo lab manager)

05/29/2008 --- Entry into the US on Visa Waiver to visit my girlfriend for a summer holiday and to help take care of her sick father where needed.

06/20/2008 -- After the sad passing of my girlfriend's father, we decided to get married and stay together

08/08/2008 --- We get married, lovely ceremony and dinner with all of Sarah's family present :-)

08/25/2008 --- AOS package sent to Chicago via Fedex overnight priority mail. Fingers crossed now!

08/26/2008 -- AOS Package received in Chicago, signed for by A.Smith (1 day before my VWP expires!)

09/02/2008 -- Checks cashed!!

09/03/2008 -- NOA1 received for I-485, I-130 and I-765.

09/05/2008 -- Case is shown online as pending!!

09/08/2008 -- Biometrics appointment letter received for September 23rd!! (For both I-485 and I-765)

09/12/2008 -- Biometrics walk-in completed, 11 days before the appointment! In Hackensack NJ.

09/20/2008 -- RFE for I-485 received. It was dated September 17.

09/25/2008 -- RFE response evidence sent out to Lee's Summit by USPS, certified mail.

10/02/2008 -- RFE response evidence received and case processing resumed!

11/04/2008 -- EAD CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED! Thank you Lord.

11/10/2008 -- EAD card received in the mail! wOOt wOOt!!!!

11/12/2008 -- SSN ordered from Hackensack, 2-4 weeks in mail!

11/28/2008 -- SSN Received in the mail, wOOt!!!!!!!!

12/7/2008 -- INTERVIEW LETTER RECEIVED!!! It's scheduled February 19, 2009 at 8:30am in Newark. *nerves*

2/19/2009 -- Interview 8:30am - Green Card verbally approved

2/23/2009 -- Welcome letter received! followed by I-130 approval notice!

Had to make an Info Pass appointment because there was a delay in receiving the NOA for our I-751. Never found out the reason for the delay but they gave Thao a 1 year green card stamp in her passport and we got a the NOA 2 days later.

i can see online my case right after my biometrics... but only AOS and EAD... and it sais on August 26 we received your application blah blah etc.. and the case was pending. However when i called up the USCIS on Oct. 20 to expedite my AP coz it's been 2 months and i need to go home, they just told me that they will request to expedite it and forward to USCIS who process cases. and when i checked online Oct. 21, it was approved by them... and i can see my AP online(before i can't enter my AP online?)... EAD and AP got same approval date...my AOS still shows pending until now... hopefully i will received letter of interview soon without RFE.. have not heard and seen touch AOS online till now... :unsure:

goodluck on your case... and be positive all the time...it will come..

AOS TIMELINE:

Aug.18, 08- Sent AOS package through USPS -next day deliver

Aug.19,08- USCIS received my AOS package.

Aug.26, 2008- USCIS en cashed checked.

Aug.29, 08- I received the Notice of Action for my I-485 ( AOS) and I-765 ( EAD).

Sept. 2, 08- I received my appointment notice fr my AOS and EAD.

Sept.13, 08- Biometric schedule. " Thank u Lord".

Sept. 24, 08- Case transferred to CSC. Thanks God.

Sept.27, 08- i finally viewed my status online- Case transferred to CSC. Thanks God.

Sept. 29, 08- I received the Notice of Receipt of my I-485 that it forwarded to CSC.

Sept. 30 and current date- case is still pending at CSC....No update about my EAD. :(

Oct.28, 08- I finally viewed my EAD status online on Oct. 27, 2008 USCIS ordered the production of the my new card. Yipey...Thanks God!!

I can't wait to received my gc but I'm patiently waiting even sometimes I'm bored .:( God knows what best for me and what my hearts desires...

K-1 TIMELINE

Feb . 01, 2007- met online

Sept. 12, 2007-first met in person( He came to the PHil for the 1st time, stayed for 2 weeks)

Sept. 20, 2007- "ENGAGEMENT DAY"

Sept. 25,2007- fly back to Georgia, USA

October 17, 2007- Send Papers to USCIS

November 7- USCIS received our papers.

November 14-2007- received the NOA1

Feb. 9, 2008-USCIS aprroved the petition.

Feb. 15, 2008- NOA 2 received and manila case number.

March 28, 2008- MY MEDICAL EXAM( it took 2 days to have your med exam)

April 4, 2008- THE MOMENT DAY- MY INTERVIEW ( mixed emotions i had during this day)

April 14, 2008- still waiting my visa until this time. ( I keep my faith and prayers always to God)

April 29, 2008- My fiancee called the US embassy to follow up my visa, and Lorraine told himvisa is approved!!

April 29, 2008- Delbros texted me that my visa is ready for delivery.

May 2, 2008- visa on hand ( Thanks God)

May 6, 2008- Fly to Manila for my CFO seminar.

May 7, 2008- I arrived in LAX airport & finally met my mahal again after 8 months away from each other.

May 8, 2008- Finally I arrived in Georgia ( my home, my new place, my new life, my new country)

July28, 2008 - MY BIG DAY!!

Fee waived for I-765 application when filed concurrently with I-130 and I-485.
