You can practice online they have review questions:

http://www.state.nj.us/mvc/manuals/chap_01_quiz.html#

Its 50 questions multiple selection. I've done a million times the practice test: Nothing on that practice shows up on the test: BEWARE!!! I'll read the drivers manual again, this is so stupid I've been driving for 10 years already.

Don't let the choices chose you, chose the choices that you want.

Just update. Received in the mail AP Friday and EAD Saturday,

Gratz! That was super quick. Still waiting on P's.

Anyone know if you have to translate college diplomas into English in order to apply for jobs here?

It depends on the job. If you work as a salesman nope, but if you intend to work as a teacher you do. (these are examples only)

MCI updates are not reliable!!!:

Guys, now I'm absolutely certain of something I actually knew before. Because of strange LUD's I had seen before I kind of figured that MCI is messing with updates. I know there were problems before with adding cases to the portfolio but even afterwards, things were strange. On the website the LUD on my EAD case is 09/09/08 with case status pending. Guess what I received in mail today, yes indeed my EAD. So, I would say, if you are after 60 days from filing it is definitely worth checking your mailbox even if you haven't received updates on the USCIS website.
