received my EAD card in the mail today. :-)

i might receive another one. they ordered the card to be produced on the 13th (which i got today) and another one was ordered on the 16th.

i dont know what the 2nd card is for but all info on this 1st card is correct. it might just be another error on CRIS...

Don't worry about the second "Card production ordered" it's their error...only one card is to come...congrats

received my EAD card in the mail today. :-)

Card production ordered!

I sent in AOS on Aug 14th. Biometrics done on September 10th. There was nothing online at all until today, when I saw that card production was ordered on 10/21. Also AP approval notice sent on 10/21. Still can't track i485 online.

So don't be disheartened if nothing has been online yet for you, it may just show up online suddenly.

Got touch today 10/22 but my current status online didn't change from 9/02. I didn't get any email notification too. I hope it's a good news though.

Yep, a touch 3 weeks after biometrics is pretty common. In fact, you will often find a touch on the next day too. So you might see one tomorrow too.

ust thinking... i sent my AOS off on August 25th and the receipt says August 26th. My biometrics appointment was scheduled for September 23rd, although i had it around the 13th, or 12th, it's in my sig can't remember, but which date will the USCIS base off of processing my case? The date i had it done, or the date of my appointment? Plus i had an RFE which i got straight back in and got resumed... what does everyone estimate for my EAD based on the current activity? I am saying no later than November 15th. (and that's hoping too!)

05/29/2008 --- Entry into the US on Visa Waiver to visit my girlfriend for a summer holiday and to help take care of her sick father where needed.

06/20/2008 -- After the sad passing of my girlfriend's father, we decided to get married and stay together

08/08/2008 --- We get married, lovely ceremony and dinner with all of Sarah's family present :-)

08/25/2008 --- AOS package sent to Chicago via Fedex overnight priority mail. Fingers crossed now!

08/26/2008 -- AOS Package received in Chicago, signed for by A.Smith (1 day before my VWP expires!)

09/02/2008 -- Checks cashed!!

09/03/2008 -- NOA1 received for I-485, I-130 and I-765.

09/05/2008 -- Case is shown online as pending!!

09/08/2008 -- Biometrics appointment letter received for September 23rd!! (For both I-485 and I-765)

09/12/2008 -- Biometrics walk-in completed, 11 days before the appointment! In Hackensack NJ.

09/20/2008 -- RFE for I-485 received. It was dated September 17.

09/25/2008 -- RFE response evidence sent out to Lee's Summit by USPS, certified mail.

10/02/2008 -- RFE response evidence received and case processing resumed!

11/04/2008 -- EAD CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED! Thank you Lord.

11/10/2008 -- EAD card received in the mail! wOOt wOOt!!!!

11/12/2008 -- SSN ordered from Hackensack, 2-4 weeks in mail!

11/28/2008 -- SSN Received in the mail, wOOt!!!!!!!!

12/7/2008 -- INTERVIEW LETTER RECEIVED!!! It's scheduled February 19, 2009 at 8:30am in Newark. *nerves*

2/19/2009 -- Interview 8:30am - Green Card verbally approved

2/23/2009 -- Welcome letter received! followed by I-130 approval notice!

Date done bro....thats your DHS/FBI clearance to work here. I would say no later than the first week of Nov.

Congrats guys...im sorry if i vent a little bit here. we're so stressed of bills (who's not?). no news from USCIS yet, and yesterday a very sad thing happened. My husband and I went to the Emergency Room because i was bleeding - we lost the baby. It's a sad sad day today for me.

I'm so sorry to hear that. It will be okay. I lost a set of triplets and a girl in the same year. Prayers to you and hubby. Try not to be too sad, but I've been in your shoes too many times, but know that you'll get past this.
