Hydey, same boat here, and almost the same timeline. I sent in my RFE evidence, and I confirmed that it was delivered to Lee Summit last Fri, but there hasn't been any update online on my case since... I am just "impatiently" waiting for the case process to resume... Keep us posted on any progress on your case! Thanks for sharing your timeline - very helpful!

You're welcome and good to hear of someone in the same boat as me although i wouldn't wish it on any filers... if that makes sense at all? lol. My RFE was received and case resumed on October 2nd, but i haven't heard anything since then, it says that my EAD and I-130 haven't been touched since September 4th :-o!

I went to the SSA office here in Hackensack and they told me the they don't do certified print out of the SSN. So basically it's useless, I have a feeling that some agents have no clue what to answer.

I know what you mean - it's been a month since my bio and I still can't see any of my cases online. Luckily I have a little cash of my own but it isn't a lot... I figure that for Christmas we might have to use Jeremy's money and the little money I have will be used to buy him a surprise so he doesn't have to buy his own present from me

Hydey, I just checked and saw that as of today 10/16, my RFE was received and that the case processing resumed. My I-131 hasn't been touched since 9/4, and my biometrics was done 9/23... I hope our cases get approved soon... :dance:

I am wondering when people mentioned the case touched, how did that happen?

I called up the USCIS but there is no choice for me to talk to a person.

My walk-in BIO was about one month ago. Now it's pure waiting. The status online said that the case was received and pending.

But I didn't see any REF yet. Maybe that's just the normal status for waiting.

Anyway, how to confirm with USCIS if this is REF but the letter got lost? Or just simply talk to a real person on the phone about this case?

I would like to here any inputs from you guys.

Don't worry, sometimes "no news is good news". Your timeline appears within the normal processing range. If you check your case online, and if it doesn't say you got a RFE, then you have nothing to worry about.
