Hahaha - so it's EricC's fault? Does that mean we can all blame him?!?! :lol: :lol: (jk obviously :P)

Oh well... maybe one day I will get a nice letter... just feels like nothing is happening though - it is so frustrating because people keep asking me about it and how it is doing!! I'm like - it's not like shipping or anything!!!

05/29/2008 --- Entry into the US on Visa Waiver to visit my girlfriend for a summer holiday and to help take care of her sick father where needed.

06/20/2008 -- After the sad passing of my girlfriend's father, we decided to get married and stay together

08/08/2008 --- We get married, lovely ceremony and dinner with all of Sarah's family present :-)

08/25/2008 --- AOS package sent to Chicago via Fedex overnight priority mail. Fingers crossed now!

08/26/2008 -- AOS Package received in Chicago, signed for by A.Smith (1 day before my VWP expires!)

09/02/2008 -- Checks cashed!!

09/03/2008 -- NOA1 received for I-485, I-130 and I-765.

09/05/2008 -- Case is shown online as pending!!

09/08/2008 -- Biometrics appointment letter received for September 23rd!! (For both I-485 and I-765)

09/12/2008 -- Biometrics walk-in completed, 11 days before the appointment! In Hackensack NJ.

09/20/2008 -- RFE for I-485 received. It was dated September 17.

09/25/2008 -- RFE response evidence sent out to Lee's Summit by USPS, certified mail.

10/02/2008 -- RFE response evidence received and case processing resumed!

11/04/2008 -- EAD CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED! Thank you Lord.

11/10/2008 -- EAD card received in the mail! wOOt wOOt!!!!

11/12/2008 -- SSN ordered from Hackensack, 2-4 weeks in mail!

11/28/2008 -- SSN Received in the mail, wOOt!!!!!!!!

12/7/2008 -- INTERVIEW LETTER RECEIVED!!! It's scheduled February 19, 2009 at 8:30am in Newark. *nerves*

2/19/2009 -- Interview 8:30am - Green Card verbally approved

2/23/2009 -- Welcome letter received! followed by I-130 approval notice!

nooo.... will stick with CRIS this time ;)

and you should be thankful to them... for the whole month your money were earning interest... it means you had a beer on USCIS...

you see... which other gov agency would let you do that??? ;)

My 'rents arrive tomorrow for 10 days so probably going to be AWOL for a while. Not seen them since I left Scotland back in March. They couldn't even come for wedding. Got lots of stuff planned.

10/03/2008 - AOS touched (probably that RFE coming soon!!!!)

Finally AP arrived in mail today. Approved on Oct 02 2008. Online stautus of EAD says Approval Notice sent Oct 10, 2008, 2 dates for card production ordered, Oct 2 then Oct 7, then a touch on Oct 08. I m planning to travel back home for grand wedding in november. Would have to wait and see when my interview notice arrives. Anyone who has their case at Mount Laurel NJ. Kindly let me know of the time lines for interview. Im so happppppppppppppppy this weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :dance::dance::dance::thumbs::thumbs::thumbs:

08/29/08 - Notice of Rejection of 797C Fee (Sent in extra money - money order mailed back.)

Fee waived for I-765 application when filed concurrently with I-130 and I-485.

08/30/08 - Biometrics Apt Notice received

09/13/08 - Biometrics completed and picture taken

11/05/08 - EAD card production ordered

11/07/08 - Received I-485 Interview letter

11/10/08 - EAD card production ordered (again)

11/13/08 - EAD approval notice sent

11/14/08 - EAD arrived in the mail

11/21/08 - I-130 touched and I-485 finally shows up online
