Congratulations for all the good news!!

We just checked online and saw that EAD was approved on Oct 3!! Hoping that it comes with all the correct information :)

Congratulations!

I hope I get my EAD sometime soon! Is there a chance they will reject it, as I am adjusting from the VWP?

relaxing today and waiting on my EAD approval (filed in July)...I'm also in NJ (Trenton area)...don't celebrate haloween...will be at church with the kids having a Harvest Party....

Well I am happy to report that there have been no significant changes at all - still nothing online, nothing in the mail. I am invisible woman!!

Weekend started yesterday as Jeremy worked Saturday and has today off which is cool :D Didn't do too much - went to a friend's boyfriend's house as he is moving in with her and getting rid of some stuff so we picked up a coffee maker and a chair for free :D Today we get to take the recycling to the recycling place as it is taking over our entire house/van and I have to go to the bank as well although that isn't *too* important. Baked some banana bread yesterday as well - on a diet but it was a weightwatchers recipe so it's all good :D

Hallowe'en? Well I am having a party at the apartment - we have decorations and plans for food but I still need to work on my costume. Fingers crossed some of my beloved VJ buddies will be able to make it!!! Can't wait!

05/29/2008 --- Entry into the US on Visa Waiver to visit my girlfriend for a summer holiday and to help take care of her sick father where needed.

06/20/2008 -- After the sad passing of my girlfriend's father, we decided to get married and stay together

08/08/2008 --- We get married, lovely ceremony and dinner with all of Sarah's family present :-)

08/25/2008 --- AOS package sent to Chicago via Fedex overnight priority mail. Fingers crossed now!

08/26/2008 -- AOS Package received in Chicago, signed for by A.Smith (1 day before my VWP expires!)

09/02/2008 -- Checks cashed!!

09/03/2008 -- NOA1 received for I-485, I-130 and I-765.

09/05/2008 -- Case is shown online as pending!!

09/08/2008 -- Biometrics appointment letter received for September 23rd!! (For both I-485 and I-765)

09/12/2008 -- Biometrics walk-in completed, 11 days before the appointment! In Hackensack NJ.

09/20/2008 -- RFE for I-485 received. It was dated September 17.

09/25/2008 -- RFE response evidence sent out to Lee's Summit by USPS, certified mail.

EAD was approved on Friday Oct. 3rd !!!! I should receive my EAD sometime during this week and next!!!!!

Someone keeps touching me!!! Knda worryong as it's my AOS getting molested and not my EAD. EAD not been fondled since biometrics.

Halloween news....having a party too. Dressing up as a pirate and so is my land lady, Celeste. We live in her basement appartment. We are changing the house number to a sign saying "marie celeste" which was blackbeards haunted ship.

Other news... Nick's and his mammy's b'day tomorrow (stuck in waiting for his present to arrive, accoring to UPS website it's been on delivery van since 5am). At least it means I've got some cleaning done for my parents arriving on Sat.
