"Application Type: I765, APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Current Status: Card production ordered.

On October 1, 2008, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register"

09/10/2008 - AOS transferred to CSC, EAD touched

09/29/2008 - AOS touched

10/01/2008 - AOS touched

10/01/2008 - EAD Card production ordered

10/02/2008 - AOS touched

10/08/2008 - EAD card mailed

12/17/2008 - AOS Welcome letter was mailed

Our case is getting lots of touches but no approval yet.

06-29-09 received GC in mail

4-18-11 mailed I-751 CSC

CIS Office : California Service Center

Date Filed : 2011-04-18

NOA Date Received : 2011-06-06

Date on NOA: 2011-04-22

Bio. Appt. : 2011-06-24

Had to make an Info Pass appointment because there was a delay in receiving the NOA for our I-751. Never found out the reason for the delay but they gave Thao a 1 year green card stamp in her passport and we got a the NOA 2 days later.

Approved: 2011-09-23

Notice sent: 2011-09-28

I hope everyone is up and running: well I imagine most of us saw the Palin vs. Biden debate....

What an interesting bunch of ####### Palin kept repeating over and over again. I must admit I was surprised she used such BIG words for her vocabulary, but kept coming back to her comfort zone: her family. Something completely irrelevant in life...people want to know what you plan to do in the US ! not in your damn house Palin, get it through your thick skull!!!!!

Anyway I see someone's EAD was ordered by the USCIS: well GREAT for you!!!! :thumbs:

Me: Senator what do you think of the elections and how are your fears addressed by the candidates?

Senator: Thank Johnnie, for having me here. I think the elections are somewhat complexed this year and very crucial for our economy. Most people are feeling the crunched economy and really need some kind of assurance their houses, jobs, medical, and bank accounts are safe. Each candidate is focusing on different subjects, one wants more in Irak and Afghanistan and the other wants more in the US.

Me: Great, I see where your coming from. I'm glad some people understand the middle class worker.

Me: Sir, this is a FREE country if you don't like what you see people change the channel or go to different site....

"This site has a diverse population. Let's keep it convivial. Leave your politics at the door." I can take my politics any where I SEE FIT or a freakin feel like it. Freedom of SPEECH is in the CONSTITUTION, I know cause I've read it completely.

08/25/2008 --- AOS package sent to Chicago via Fedex overnight priority mail. Fingers crossed now!

08/26/2008 -- AOS Package received in Chicago, signed for by A.Smith (1 day before my VWP expires!)

09/02/2008 -- Checks cashed!!

09/03/2008 -- NOA1 received for I-485, I-130 and I-765.

09/05/2008 -- Case is shown online as pending!!
