I researched in all the timelines and I notice that nobody from California newer got a transfer to CSC. I am in California and I thin I should start preaparin for the Interviev. :(

I thin that for the transfers it depens from state to state.

It all depends how you came here and sometime it takes up to 2 months to be transfered to CSC.

Hey guyz!!!

MY AOS Application I-485 was touched today. Lets see what lies ahead. I submitted my I130/I485/I765/I131 on August 2nd , Biometrics 28th August, walked in Bio completed on 14th August.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your timeline is pretty much like mine: timewise. So the Early August filers should be getting word soon on their EADs and APs. I'm thinking next week or two some of us should have their EADs in the mail.

De que parte de Chile eres? Santiago?

Mi esposo es el Chileno. El es de Los Andes, unos 90 kilometros al norte de Santiago. Y de donde eres/tu pareja es en Espana? Estudie en Toledo durante un intercambio...me encanto.

Good choice. I have only checked 2 times in the last month to see if anything is happening with LOC. Me checking is not going to make a bit of difference. When it comes, it comes.

I have three days left at work before I fly out for my wedding. I'll do anything not to actually do work, even drive myself crazy checking USCIS! But hubby just called and we are going out for lunch. Much better distraction! (And yes, it is only 11 am here---and yes, I am already thinking of food. No wonder my mom always thinks I'm pregnant!)

I was an exchange student in Sevilla. I lived in Triana for a year. Loved it. Most relaxing year of my college career.

Called USCIS 4/1/2009 told no status change and case not yet reviewed from RFE request.

10-07-08 - EAD Touched
10-19-08 - My birthday / Found out I am Pregnant!
10-22-08 - Grief, Pain, Sadness
11-06-08 - EAD card ordered; AP approved (USCIS website)
01-16-09 - AOS Touched
02-23-09 - Green Card (conditional) and welcome letter received in the mail
02-24-09 - Got the job in boyce and bynum lab

Not over here, still waiting. My RFE was received at 5pm on 29th.. no update yet. Fingers crossed.

05/29/2008 --- Entry into the US on Visa Waiver to visit my girlfriend for a summer holiday and to help take care of her sick father where needed.

06/20/2008 -- After the sad passing of my girlfriend's father, we decided to get married and stay together

08/08/2008 --- We get married, lovely ceremony and dinner with all of Sarah's family present :-)

08/25/2008 --- AOS package sent to Chicago via Fedex overnight priority mail. Fingers crossed now!

08/26/2008 -- AOS Package received in Chicago, signed for by A.Smith (1 day before my VWP expires!)

09/02/2008 -- Checks cashed!!

09/03/2008 -- NOA1 received for I-485, I-130 and I-765.

09/05/2008 -- Case is shown online as pending!!

09/08/2008 -- Biometrics appointment letter received for September 23rd!! (For both I-485 and I-765)

09/12/2008 -- Biometrics walk-in completed, 11 days before the appointment! In Hackensack NJ.

09/20/2008 -- RFE for I-485 received. It was dated September 17.

09/25/2008 -- RFE response evidence sent out to Lee's Summit by USPS, certified mail.

10/02/2008 -- RFE response evidence received and case processing resumed!

11/04/2008 -- EAD CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED! Thank you Lord.

11/10/2008 -- EAD card received in the mail! wOOt wOOt!!!!

11/12/2008 -- SSN ordered from Hackensack, 2-4 weeks in mail!

11/28/2008 -- SSN Received in the mail, wOOt!!!!!!!!

12/7/2008 -- INTERVIEW LETTER RECEIVED!!! It's scheduled February 19, 2009 at 8:30am in Newark. *nerves*

2/19/2009 -- Interview 8:30am - Green Card verbally approved

2/23/2009 -- Welcome letter received! followed by I-130 approval notice!
