Still breathing Johnnie, was out overnight for a 2 day wake and funeral. And still waiting on my EAD like you, Lee's Summit received my RFE today, hopefully that will speed up the EAD process! How you holding up?

05/29/2008 --- Entry into the US on Visa Waiver to visit my girlfriend for a summer holiday and to help take care of her sick father where needed.

06/20/2008 -- After the sad passing of my girlfriend's father, we decided to get married and stay together

08/08/2008 --- We get married, lovely ceremony and dinner with all of Sarah's family present :-)

08/25/2008 --- AOS package sent to Chicago via Fedex overnight priority mail. Fingers crossed now!

08/26/2008 -- AOS Package received in Chicago, signed for by A.Smith (1 day before my VWP expires!)

09/02/2008 -- Checks cashed!!

09/03/2008 -- NOA1 received for I-485, I-130 and I-765.

09/05/2008 -- Case is shown online as pending!!

09/08/2008 -- Biometrics appointment letter received for September 23rd!! (For both I-485 and I-765)

09/12/2008 -- Biometrics walk-in completed, 11 days before the appointment! In Hackensack NJ.

09/20/2008 -- RFE for I-485 received. It was dated September 17.

09/25/2008 -- RFE response evidence sent out to Lee's Summit by USPS, certified mail.

MY RFE when i received it said when i submit the requested evidence that it will complete the process for my Employment Authorization (EAD) Do all RFE's say this or does it mean that once i submit it my EAD will definitely be approved?

I want to see Madagascar too! I mean the actual country of Madagascar. Too bad we do not yet have my husband's AP, can't afford it after all the money we've given USCIS, and don't have enough time off after all the times we flew back and forth to see each other.

AOS was touched yesterday but not getting excited as it's WAAAAAYYYYY to early to expect anything and it was probably just someone taking it out of the envelope at CSC to move it into another pile.

Still nowt on EAD but again, not expecting anything for at least another 4 weeks or so. Kinda greedy and unrealistic to expect it so soon when June and July filers still waiting.

I think it's a good sign. It probably means your AOS arrived in California! Well, I mean, it must have, right? You can't get a touch if it's still en route, at least I don't think you can.

Orbitz is so slow today that I'm wondering if it's been taken over by USCIS.

If it makes you feel any better: no e-mails, no snail mail, case still not online... it's like I don't even exist, exept the EAD on-line which has not been touched at all..

buuuuuuuuuuu.... :crying:

Nothing new here either. Wife completed biometrics early in September. Would LOVE to get the EAD.

June 6th - Both checks cashed!!

June 25th - Biometrics appointment

Sept. 19th - Card Production Ordered! (113 days since filing)

Sept. 25th - EAD Received!!!

Dec. 5th 2008 - Received appointment letter

Feb. 4th 2009 - AOS Interview (Interviewer says going to recommend for approval)

May 15th- called and talked to an officer to submit a service request

June 10th- Made an infopass appointment,

June 15th- Info pass appointment, told me they could do nothing until the officer made their decision!

June 27 - Filed for I-131 as well as renewal of my work authorization.

July 23rd- Received I-131

Dec 22, 2009 - Biometrics appointment yet again.

January 21, 2010 Second interview

January 22nd - I-485 Touched

January 27th - Received a Request for additonal evidence.

May 27 I-485 Approved

June 13th 2010 - Green card received!

Yipee! My Husbands I-485 was transferred to CSC today. :dance:

Sent I129-F on July 23rd to NSC

Received on July 25th at NSC

Check cashed by CSC on Aug 3rd

NOA1 mailed from CSC on Aug 2nd (Notice Date on form is Aug 1st)

Touched on August 7th.......

Touched on Sept.14...(due to me contacting CSC about the "jr." following his name...

Touched on Sept.19...again due to call to CSC about typo on NOA1..

Going to Manila Nov 1st for work...Get to spend 2 fantastic months with my baby!

With any luck, I will get my NOA2 when I get home in January!

!!!!!! WOW!!!! We are approved on Dec 21st!!!!! And I get to celebrate it here in Manila with my baby!

I lived in Africa for 5 years when I was a kid...it was kinda like Madagascar....

I know what its like I feel so bad for my wife bearing the cost of both of us with her paycheck. Well I know my EAD is on THE WAY! At least I'd like to think so... :innocent:

Right now I'm studying a new language with Rosetta Stone....got the program... :devil:

I researched in all the timelines and I notice that nobody from California newer got a transfer to CSC. I am in California and I thin I should start preaparin for the Interviev. :(

I thin that for the transfers it depens from state to state.
