ZN - three weeks would be good!! Let's see if it happens!!

As for the SSN - I assumed that it was ok with EAD but once you get PR then you would need to change it again... But that is just an assumption based on no research :D

Had biometrics yesterday. We were told we should the EAD in 3 weeks :blink:

Also had touches on AOS and EAD yesterday and today :)

Sounds a little too good to be true....but with the USCIS you never know. Today is my first month since I had my biometrics and still no sign of anything.

So, I finished biometrics last week on the 18th. I thought that because he had to do the fingerprints the old way (on paper with ink) that it might take longer. But yesterday, they transferred the AOS to CSC. So, I'm happy that we've got movement. I hope the EAD will arrive sometime within the next 30 days. His temp EAD expires next week. So, he's gonna hang out at home and take a class. He started the class already.

AOS Approved: 3/24/2009

Called USCIS 4/1/2009 told no status change and case not yet reviewed from RFE request.

Received green card: 4/3/2009
