Hi guys!!!! I just want your opinion on this I had my biometrics done on 9/10 and that same day I had a touch on both I-485 and I-765 so that is for sure because of the biometrics. I just checked my satus online and I got a touch today exactly 1 week after biometrics for my I-485 only not on I-765. But then my I-485 still shows that my appliocation is still on national benefits center and pending. I'm expecting though that this could mean a transfer. I based it from the timeline of those who got their i-485 transferred to CSC and they are all 1 week after biometrics. I'm just confused why the status of my case is still not updated and shows pending even though I got a touched. I'm worried too that I might get an RFE but I believe I submitted all and completed all the requirements needed. So what do you think guys?

I might change later on. They didn't update my online info until yesteday, so I wouldn't worry about it.

I received a letter today stating that Thao's fingerprints from our first biometrics can not be processed and we have go back and do it again. What a bunch of BS!

06-29-09 received GC in mail

4-18-11 mailed I-751 CSC

CIS Office : California Service Center

Date Filed : 2011-04-18

NOA Date Received : 2011-06-06

Date on NOA: 2011-04-22

Bio. Appt. : 2011-06-24

Had to make an Info Pass appointment because there was a delay in receiving the NOA for our I-751. Never found out the reason for the delay but they gave Thao a 1 year green card stamp in her passport and we got a the NOA 2 days later.

Approved: 2011-09-23

Notice sent: 2011-09-28

Hi trelawny! so did you got a touch on your I-485 a week after your biometrics? and you're telling me that your online info doesn't change till yesterday?

04/09/2008- visa approved!!!!!!

04/14/2008- cfo stamp

04/23/2008- Leaving for seattle via china airlines!!!!!!!!

8/02/08- received in chicago lockbox

8/15/08- received receipt notice for I-485 andI-765 in the mail with notice date Aug 11

8/25/08- received biometrics letter with post stamp dated Aug 19

11/7/08- EAD card production ordered yeheyyyyy!!!!!

Yes, that's what happened. My case was transferred to CSC on 9/10 (well, hubby's case). I keep saying mine.

Thanks. I hope that is the case. I'm praying that other will follow the same route. The wait is a lot easier now, my SO is here with me.

I had my biometrics on the 12th of September and i haven't been touched since the case went up online, on the 4th, and it's still at the NBC :(

05/29/2008 --- Entry into the US on Visa Waiver to visit my girlfriend for a summer holiday and to help take care of her sick father where needed.

06/20/2008 -- After the sad passing of my girlfriend's father, we decided to get married and stay together

08/08/2008 --- We get married, lovely ceremony and dinner with all of Sarah's family present :-)

08/25/2008 --- AOS package sent to Chicago via Fedex overnight priority mail. Fingers crossed now!

08/26/2008 -- AOS Package received in Chicago, signed for by A.Smith (1 day before my VWP expires!)

09/02/2008 -- Checks cashed!!

09/03/2008 -- NOA1 received for I-485, I-130 and I-765.

09/05/2008 -- Case is shown online as pending!!

09/08/2008 -- Biometrics appointment letter received for September 23rd!! (For both I-485 and I-765)

09/12/2008 -- Biometrics walk-in completed, 11 days before the appointment! In Hackensack NJ.

09/20/2008 -- RFE for I-485 received. It was dated September 17.

09/25/2008 -- RFE response evidence sent out to Lee's Summit by USPS, certified mail.

10/02/2008 -- RFE response evidence received and case processing resumed!

11/04/2008 -- EAD CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED! Thank you Lord.

11/10/2008 -- EAD card received in the mail! wOOt wOOt!!!!

11/12/2008 -- SSN ordered from Hackensack, 2-4 weeks in mail!

11/28/2008 -- SSN Received in the mail, wOOt!!!!!!!!

12/7/2008 -- INTERVIEW LETTER RECEIVED!!! It's scheduled February 19, 2009 at 8:30am in Newark. *nerves*

2/19/2009 -- Interview 8:30am - Green Card verbally approved

2/23/2009 -- Welcome letter received! followed by I-130 approval notice!

Yeah but their system is pretty wonky. That doesn't necessarily mean it hasn't been touched. Most likely they've at least put the biometrics with it. I don't know where it is supposed to be--National office or local or what. I wouldn't worry about the touches, though. When we were going through USCIS for my husband's fiance visa, the system was a lot less screwy than it is now and a lot of people got approval notices without seeing a touch or update on the computer system.

Today is my husband's biometrics appointment.

I can't believe that some guys have their case status online before biometrics! Very lucky! Seems they have given up on updating the website now which really sucks :(

My husband's biometrics appointment was today. I was home at lunch and he had left the GPS unit in the mud room. Maybe he was back already and just went out somewhere around town. I hope he found the place okay.

That sucks bigtime!

I did a walk-in to my local ASC today as I have something on tomorrow that I'd rather be at than doing biometrics. The place was empty! They were very happy to do biometrics early. Both I-1485 and I-765 have been touched today since I went. I don't understand why some people's cases are showing online and others not.

Beats the hell out of all of us....I can't see my case either...

Maybe yours will be seen online soon. Mine finally came on today for the I-485. Anyway, It said that a RFE letter was sent out :angry: . Now i am starting to think that I was better off not knowing my status. I wish i had gotten the letter first cause I am just going to worry about what the RFE is all about.
