oh great!!! People in July getting their EAD's rejected because form expires 08/31/08. That's the version I sent that I got from USCIS website. So expecting my rejection now. Why are they rejecting them now if form not expired.

that sucks...and I thought I was on top of everything...oh well..

Hi all, we too submitted our AOS app on the 2nd of this month. Received on the 4th. Waiting patiently :)

2/2003~met online and became friends

2/2007~friendship became love

1/16/2008~K1 petition sent to VSC

3/13/2008~ NOA2 approval email received (dated 3/12/2008)!!!!

6/2/2008~ Interview date ~ Amsterdam - APPROVED!!

6/4/2008~ VISA IN HAND!! :)

6/19/2008 ~ Flight home to USA

7/9/2008 ~ Wedding

08/02/08 ~ AOS Petition sent to Lockbox

09/02/08 ~ Biometrics

10/20/08 ~ AP approved and issued

11/03/08~EAD approved and issued

12/10/08~Green card interview (approved--pending receipt of part of file from NVC)

4/17/2009 ~ Welcome to the US letter and Green Card received!

01/08/11~Lifting conditions petition sent (I-751)

02/05/2008 - interview @ 10am - APPROVED!!!!!!

03/12/2008 - Flying Glasgow - Dublin - Chicago - Omaha

08/12/2008----Delivered by ups

08/19/2008----NOA EAD AP and AOS

09/06/2008--- Got RFE NEED I-693

09/07/2008--- Biometrics App.

11/01/2008--- Sent I-693 RFE And crossing my fingers.

11/26/2008--- EAD - Card production ordered.

11/26/2008--- AP Approval notice sent and got AP (WITH A TYPO!!!).

12/01/2008--- Got EAD and applied for SSN.

12/03/2008--- Waiting for the eternal SSN.

12/05/2008---Interview letter arrived.

12/20/2008---SSN Arrived

16/01/2009---Got a Job as a civilian in Fort Riley KS.

26/01/2009---Interview Appointment.

26/01/2009- Green Card Approved

Our check was also cashed on the 8th! Crazy fast compared to the two months we waited for that one step for the K-1.

That is really weird about the EAD. Anyone have more information about what is going on and if there is anything we can do about it? Which form were we suppose to have filled...this was the one that was on the USCIS website??

Apparently to all of us who have applied in August, they cashed all checks on the same date. Will they send the 1st NOA on the same date also???

Please if anyone receives their NOA let us all know.

I talked with Customer Service of the USCIS and she told me; if they have cashed the checks everything is in order. Otherwise they return the complete package to be corrected.

Don't let the choices chose you, chose the choices that you want.

i sent my AOS packet on wednesday july 30th... making me an august filer too! My NOA1 was dated August 1st and I received it on August 4th.
