Yeah - I am expecting an RFE for any and/or all of the above  The stupid medical stuff is just annoying at best ;) I *should* be able to get away with it because my medical in the UK was before June 1st but I don't trust anything on the USCIS website, although I will dispute it should need be... I'm funny like that :D

The AP will be sent to you about a month an half (time calculated based on other VJ filers) after your biometrics. It's most probable you'll receive it the same day you get your EAD in the mail. So just sit tight and don't make too many plans yet.

Don't let the choices chose you, chose the choices that you want.

Hi,

We had the biometriscs on same day.

I cuold check the I-485, I-765 status on-line Sep. 4th.

But there is not the I-131, a little strange?

Well it's my biometrics tomorrow. Going to chance taking my co-sponsors W2's and just say that I forgot to include them can they take them there. Might save an RFE. I KNOW I'll get an RFE for those, my own stupid fault I forgot to put them in envelope.

I'm kinda expecting one for medical too. I included my completed DS30?? from UK medical. I don't know what will happen with my tetanus as I had the requirement waived for K1 as I'm allergic to the vaccination. Last time I had it in 1996 I ended up stuck in bed in agony for 3 days. Imagine ALL your muscles in your limbs, back and stomach getting stuck in spasms for 24hrs then going into cramp for 2 days and that's about it. Not to mention the sweats. It's considered dangerous for me to have the shot as potentially if it happened again my heart and diaphram could also spasm meaning I'd be one dead debz.

I'm just going to keep hoping and praying that the medical stuff will be fine.

Hehehe....lot of dirty laundry around the house???

Don't sweat it, you'll get your Bio notice this week. I called the USCIS this morning to ask whats up with my case. The second level of support send an email requesting for my case to be put online. (told me to wait 1 to 3 weeks) I have no clue whether it will work or not....

Not since this morning. Although here the weather has gone from being absolutely beautiful this morning to being kind of hot and muggy this afternoon. I'm watching Hurricane Ike now in hopes that we will get its remnants, because the remnants of Gustav sure cooled us off nicely (and helped to wash the scent out of the air when a skunk that very nearly became dinner for our dog escaped this brutal fate by spraying me and the dog RIGHT NEXT TO THE HOUSE....).

*Twiddles thumbs.* You know, the waiting really is easier this time around because he is here with me.

ZeeNusah--sorry to hear that about the EAD application. It's bloody ridiculous because one form was valid from April 8 to August 31 and the other was valid from May 27 to August 31. What would make you think a form issued as recently as April 8 had already been replaced? That was a rhetorical question, by the way.
