I receive my 10 yr Greencard Yesterday 3/11 and an email from CRIS today saying approval notice sent which is weird coz i received that a week ago in

mail. I guess they take awhile to update the information online. Anyways Thank You everyone for your input and encouragements. I am so happy I'm done

with USCIS until when i apply to apply for citizenship :dance: :dance: .

She finally received her inteview letter in the mail! It is April 14th. I would have bet money that it was going to be after my baby is born, but we will see. She is due April 24. Add preparing for interview one more thing we are going to prepare for. April is going to be a busy month!

She is still not even on the website. Still says her account can't be found.

I had my first AOS Interview dream last night. I was quite annoyed when I woke up to find I wasn't approved :blush::lol:

08/30/08 - I-485/I-765 mailed...

03/17/09 - Card production ordered (no notification received!)

03/26/09 - Green card received (196 days)

Removal of Conditions

02/15/11 - I-751 mailed to VSC...

02/22/11 - NOA1 (received 03/03/11)

04/04/11 - Biometrics appt (notice received 03/19/11)

I'm beyond annoyed;

As instructed, I wrote the CSC and USCIS to find out where my husband's file is (since they don't know) and know one has an answer. Now, I can't get access on-line, we call and they tell us that the account is BLOCKED WTH! is going on now.

A bit of Googling suggests that if it doesn't unblock by itself in day or two, you might be best just creating a new account (use a different email address)...

There doesn't seem to be anything to stop you adding your receipt number to more than one account - both me and my wife each have my receipt numbers on separate CRIS accounts...

I tried that and it's still blocked. It also states, I have multiple SRs (i'm guessing) service request...damn right, tell me where the hell my case is Baltimore or CSC

In that case, I'd be in touch with my local congressman. They should have an immigration liaison worker who can issue a demand that USCIS respond within 48hours (that's according to my rep who got my EAD after 140+ days :))

If they'll take your case, get them on it because they're good...

We are also waiting for our GC. My Senator's office wrote to CSC and they replied back:

Thank you for your inquiry. The biometrics have been received, and the background checks appear to have been completed, therefore, this case is pending processing at the California Service Center in the order received. Please allow approximately 90 days. If notice of decision or other action is not received in that time, please feel free to contact this office. Have a wonderful day.

So now I can not contact them unitl May 10. Meanwhile, people who filed in well after us our getting GC's. So order recieved is a bunch of BS.

Another thing. I called USCIS 2 weeks ago they told me our case was in St. Paul and we need to wait for them to schedule an interview. #######!

06-29-09 received GC in mail

4-18-11 mailed I-751 CSC

CIS Office : California Service Center

Date Filed : 2011-04-18

NOA Date Received : 2011-06-06

Bio. Appt. : 2011-06-24

Had to make an Info Pass appointment because there was a delay in receiving the NOA for our I-751. Never found out the reason for the delay but they gave Thao a 1 year green card stamp in her passport and we got a the NOA 2 days later.
