i told u 2 weeks ago u can expect the letter in the next weeks heehe

so iam getting really nervous grrrrrrr...7 days left..i really hope all will be good...iam right now in amarillo with a friend from germany...we touring through oklahoma and texas...little bit relaxing before the big day comes....

10-19-08 - My birthday / Found out I am Pregnant!
10-22-08 - Grief, Pain, Sadness

I received my GC this morning. I'll be mailing my work permit later on today. So no worrying for the next two years.

Anyone know where Jeraly is at? I would love to see the August spreadsheet at this point. As a collective group, our visajourney should be getting close to ending (for almost two years) :yes:

My morning started out great! I got a call from boyce and bynum lab.....my 2 hour interview paid off! i got the job - I am so happy. Truly God answers prayers.

Question for everyone. Is there anyone else who filed late Aug/early Sept who hasn't had an interview notice (or approval) come through yet? I guess with two RFEs that kinda pushed us back a bit but I'm getting antsy :/

05/29/2008 --- Entry into the US on Visa Waiver to visit my girlfriend for a summer holiday and to help take care of her sick father where needed.

06/20/2008 -- After the sad passing of my girlfriend's father, we decided to get married and stay together

08/08/2008 --- We get married, lovely ceremony and dinner with all of Sarah's family present :-)

08/25/2008 --- AOS package sent to Chicago via Fedex overnight priority mail. Fingers crossed now!

08/26/2008 -- AOS Package received in Chicago, signed for by A.Smith (1 day before my VWP expires!)

09/02/2008 -- Checks cashed!!

09/03/2008 -- NOA1 received for I-485, I-130 and I-765.

09/05/2008 -- Case is shown online as pending!!

09/08/2008 -- Biometrics appointment letter received for September 23rd!! (For both I-485 and I-765)

09/12/2008 -- Biometrics walk-in completed, 11 days before the appointment! In Hackensack NJ.

09/20/2008 -- RFE for I-485 received. It was dated September 17.

09/25/2008 -- RFE response evidence sent out to Lee's Summit by USPS, certified mail.

10/02/2008 -- RFE response evidence received and case processing resumed!

Yes, you're supposed to tell them about any change in your immigration status. Also, you can get that 'Valid for work only with DHS authorisation' annotation taken off the card once you have a GC :)

That's great! I just received the approval of the I-130 petition in the mail. It was addressed to my Wife, dated the day of our interview.

Yeah, me. Filed on 8/27/08, was transferred to CSC on 10/14/08, and nothing ever since. Oh, besides the "touch" on 1/12/09... I really feel like they forgot me or something, 180 days have already passed since I filed :help:
