MSC (is the standard 3 letters for most of the people's receipt #)

Some cases CANNOT be seen online. This is an issue you can check here in VJ thats happened to alot of people. So don't worry.

Don't let the choices chose you, chose the choices that you want.

So how could I be able to see what's going on with my case? Like for example I resent my I-765 and I need to know if they got it cause the first one was rejected....

Hydey, you can check with your bank to see when the check clears. Either keep calling them or check on line, if you have online banking. If it works the same way it did with VSC and CSC, then you get the USCIS receipt number from the back of the check and that is what you use to track it with them on the USCIS site.

Jeraly, I just sent you a PM. We are going to mail our AOS package RIGHT NOW.

Yay!! Oh the caps on your RIGHT NOW made me giggle - I could just imagine you typing it as you were being dragged out of the house :lol:

Well guys, I did a walk-in for my Biometrics. I went to my local office, walked in and asked if they could do it. Since there weren't many people they took me in. Took only about 20 minutes, my hands tend to sweat alot so they had to re-do them a couple of times. Took my picture and told me to expect my Work Permit in the next 30 to 60 days.

I was scheduled for next week! hehe

:dance::dance::dance::dance:

Thank you for the awesome idea, Jjsr !!!!!

I went to the fingerprint office this morning and asked them to do my fingerprints.

Even though they were like a dozen people in line somehow I managed to jump them all and was done within 10 minutes.

This is totally worth trying.

Good luck everyone.

You can reschedule it, if that date is not convient for you.

Oh, I figured we could. It's just that it would be nice if they are flexible enough to reschedule it ahead of our trip. It sounds like they are pretty flexible, so that's a good thing.

Careful this various from office to office. I know people who have tried it in Miami and they were rejected plus she was told she had to wait for her date like everyone else.
