Jen - I think I am just going to leave it as is - the worst case scenario is that they demand the I-693 and I have to submit it after the interview - it will just delay the GC a bit but that's no big deal :)

08/14/08 - CSC received application (confirmed via online signature)

08/21/08 - Notice date by USCIS

08/25/08 - Received NOA1

08/29/08 - Notice of Rejection of 797C Fee (Sent in extra money - money order mailed back.)

Fee waived for I-765 application when filed concurrently with I-130 and I-485.

08/30/08 - Biometrics Apt Notice received

09/13/08 - Biometrics completed and picture taken

11/05/08 - EAD card production ordered

11/07/08 - Received I-485 Interview letter

11/10/08 - EAD card production ordered (again)

11/13/08 - EAD approval notice sent

Hi to everybody!

I don't have any good news yet. Still waiting for my interviev letter and still nothing.

I am woried about one thing. My K1 medical expires on February 5th and do you guys think that I need to do another medical for my interviev?

I was realy houping that interviev is gona be before that date, but now it is inposible. What should I do?

Yeah, I sometimes think that, too. I know that there are still some people waiting for interview dates, but I know people who went through our local office in the past and had their GC within four months. I'm pretty sure we would at least have the date scheduled by now.

Maad, we are having a freakish warm spell so I can cross my fingers AND pray for you! But I think by now you should be at your interview already, maybe even finished with it, heading home to tell us you've been approved.

Still no touches for us since January 12. I guess they were just rearranging the files or something. Looking on the bright side, at least we all know our files are still there!
