Weird, I tried again to add this case to my portfolio and it tells me the case isn't valid. I used the Application/receipt number we received...

Not too weird, its actually very typical. I called the USCIS spoke to an officer an she said it's pretty normal. I have the same problem. She told me normally after the bio you can see your case online. So don't worry too much.

further to the last couple posts....are you talking about including w2's with copy of last years Tax filing? where does it say that w2's are needed as well?

It is incorrect information.

It depends whether you send a photocopy of the return you filed or a transcript. If you send a photocopy of your return, then they do want you to send a copy of your W-2 and all your 1099s (and schedules). If you send a tax transcript from the IRS, then you do not need to send anything other than the transcript.

Fee waived for I-765 application when filed concurrently with I-130 and I-485.

08/30/08 - Biometrics Apt Notice received

09/13/08 - Biometrics completed and picture taken

11/05/08 - EAD card production ordered

11/07/08 - Received I-485 Interview letter

Recieved Loterly's Biometrics Appt letter :) She is scheduled for the 5th of September. It was dated 14 August but took 11 days to get here. Not bad I suppose. :) Last week I was able to enter all three NOA case numbers on the USCIS website with no problems. Status dates on those are also the 14th. Probably wont see any changes to those until sometime in late September.

I hot my NOAs like two weeks ago and receipt numbers are still not available online.

I guess it takes them a while to post them...

:(

I just got my NOA1 TODAY! Now waiting on biometrics appointment letter.

But just like you, I wasn't able to find my case online either. It says the same as most of you guys here. But I read somebody here saying that they called the CSC and they said that usually it shows up after the bio appointment. So I don't think we should worry about it.

05/29/2008 --- Entry into the US on Visa Waiver to visit my girlfriend for a summer holiday and to help take care of her sick father where needed.

06/20/2008 -- After the sad passing of my girlfriend's father, we decided to get married and stay together

08/08/2008 --- We get married, lovely ceremony and dinner with all of Sarah's family present :-)

08/25/2008 --- AOS package sent to Chicago via Fedex overnight priority mail. Fingers crossed now!

08/26/2008 -- AOS Package received in Chicago, signed for by A.Smith (1 day before my VWP expires!)

09/02/2008 -- Checks cashed!!

09/03/2008 -- NOA1 received for I-485, I-130 and I-765.

09/05/2008 -- Case is shown online as pending!!

09/08/2008 -- Biometrics appointment letter received for September 23rd!! (For both I-485 and I-765)

09/12/2008 -- Biometrics walk-in completed, 11 days before the appointment! In Hackensack NJ.

09/20/2008 -- RFE for I-485 received. It was dated September 17.

09/25/2008 -- RFE response evidence sent out to Lee's Summit by USPS, certified mail.
