was touched today!!!!!

I remember the feeling now from K1....aaaaaah...the reserved excitment. Is it good news or is it bad!?!?

Johnnie and Aicecream, congratulations to both of you for the jobs!

After sitting there gathering dust for 3 months, our AOS was touched today. Whether it is an RFE, our approval, or just someone picking up some reading material for his or her morning constitutional remains to be seen. At least it lets me know our package still physically exists.

we must be in the same pile!!!!

You've been waiting a lot longer than we have, Debz. I really hope that was your approval! And yeah, it is like waiting for the NOA2. I think Goldfee is right that it is pretty unlikely we will get RFEs after all this time (though not impossible), but it could be they are just picking up reading material for the loo!

my case was touched today as well... maybe its about time we hear some good news about those cases transferred to CSC. :unsure:

We're STILL waiting for P's green card. I know it makes no difference now that he has the passport stamp, the job, and the paycheck, but still. It feel like unfinished business....

Hey everyone!

Just want to vent here...Had interview last Dec 9 and was not approved right there and then. Officer got my I-90 but did not get my EAD and passport. Said we will know in 2-4 weeks of decision. Its been 4 weeks but nothing. I know of someone here who went through the same ordeal and in the same office in Seattle, they got approved (so happy for them) and got the news a couple of weeks ago..and to think we had our interview days ahead of them. aargh.
