i had the same problem..i wrote it here....go to the ssn office ask if they can make a manuell print out and send it again...i waited 7 weeks.....there is nothing u can do..only waiting...waiting....and waiting...iam sorry...

but hey..i think they will approve u after u sent the RFE...trust me...my christallball told me

hey guys i have a question..i got divorced in germany in 2005.....when i sent aos they dont ask for the decree of divorce...

so could it happen that they ask when we are at the interview??

and i heared that someone who is fluent in both languages can translate it..so i dont have to bring it to an expensive translate office..is that true also???

WE HAVE AN INTERVIEW DATE!!!! YAY!!! One step closer!!! Our interview is Feb. 20th which gives us a whole lot of time to prepare!

I just found this thread, I hope I'm not to late. I'm also an august filer. I sent my AOS package on August 13th, so far I had my bio done and an interview schedule for january 21st, 2009. But my case is very complicate as you can see on my timeline, but with the grace of God I will get through it. I will keep you posted, may God bless you and yours. Happy Holidays!!!

Howdy !

So far I haven't participated in this thread, but now I'm getting a little impatient.

I filed my AOS/AP/EAD package on August 27, got an RFE from the NBC which I responded to immediately, and the last action was a transfer of my case to the CSC back on October 14. My AP and EAD were approved in the meantime (October 27), but my AOS case has not been touched ever since it arrived in California.

Is this really normal guys ? When you look at my timeline, you'll find that the RFE did not cause a major delay. And the RFE should not really have an impact on this case anyways, since I understand the clock starts ticking new when the case is transferred to California.

I'm just so tired of waiting. Next week I'm visiting my family in my home country and it looks like I have to use the AP again
