Merry Christmas Everyone!!

I'm happy to announced that last Friday I called the SSA office to follow up my SSN number and card. The staff told me that my SSN is already available and I can go to the office in Monday to get my number and I have to wait my card in the mail. I am very happy , it takes me 6 weeks before I received my number.

I can't wait to received my GC too. It was transferred to CSC last Sept. 25 and until now there's still no updates.

patiently waiting and I can't wait to get a job.

K-1 TIMELINE

Feb . 01, 2007- met online

Sept. 12, 2007-first met in person( He came to the PHil for the 1st time, stayed for 2 weeks)

Sept. 20, 2007- "ENGAGEMENT DAY"

Sept. 25,2007- fly back to Georgia, USA

October 17, 2007- Send Papers to USCIS

November 7- USCIS received our papers.

November 14-2007- received the NOA1

Feb. 9, 2008-USCIS aprroved the petition.

Feb. 15, 2008- NOA 2 received and manila case number.

March 28, 2008- MY MEDICAL EXAM( it took 2 days to have your med exam)

April 4, 2008- THE MOMENT DAY- MY INTERVIEW ( mixed emotions i had during this day)

April 14, 2008- still waiting my visa until this time. ( I keep my faith and prayers always to God)

April 29, 2008- My fiancee called the US embassy to follow up my visa, and Lorraine told himvisa is approved!!

April 29, 2008- Delbros texted me that my visa is ready for delivery.

May 2, 2008- visa on hand ( Thanks God)

May 6, 2008- Fly to Manila for my CFO seminar.

May 7, 2008- I arrived in LAX airport & finally met my mahal again after 8 months away from each other.

May 8, 2008- Finally I arrived in Georgia ( my home, my new place, my new life, my new country)

July28, 2008 - MY BIG DAY!!

hey guys

anyone here wich has his case transfer to the NBC ( national benefit center)???

i found out that all cases wich are transfered there are definitiv get schedulled for an interview

the NBC does the background check to..so when it needs longer that the cases stuck in the background check:-((

8/20/2008: biometrics taken (finger print and photo)

10/1/2008: i131 approval notice sent on uscis website

10/1/2008: card production ordered for i765

10/6/2008: i131arrived in mail

10/9/2008: i765 arrived in mail

10/27/2008: initial interview letter notice

11/21/2008: interview date.

just got approval notice 2 days ago wow :dance: and for u guys hang in there

ich wish u a nice christmas too...

btw i was thinking all the time about u and the interview wich runs so bad and i rode it ever and ever again to find the point...

i spoke to my husband about that..i said well i try to prepare all perfect but maybe perfect is not good enough

i said that u had all ur stuff together and u haf more proofs then us and that really makes me worried..and he told me they are locking for reality not fir a perfect presentation...

i think...its only my opinion and i hope i can help u a little bit with that...because i really thought alot about u and ur case...

soo...i think the problem was this..u showed up there and the officer knows u worked in the states before with the mortage

so he was thinking..moment...she is not working but all money goes on her account??whats that??

then...when the buisness runs so good in the past that she could buy a mercedes,why she did not apply for a E visa....mh now buisness runs bad and she married...ahahaha...do u know what i mean???

then all is so perfect ...why is all so perfect and well organized....do they wanna hide anything???

maybe that was the problem....hope i could help u a little bit and let me know how thinks work out
