NOA's for I-485,I-765 and I-130 recevied today with notice of action from 08/19/2008.

Awaiting biometric appointment now.

Don't feel too stressed. The waiting this time is soooooo much easier cause my husband is here with me. It's a huge difference from phone calls, IMs and watching/praying for the airfares to go down! I'm sooooo happy. USCIS can't steal my joy!

We're planning to send the whole package August 30. Am i still an august filer? I have a problem coz the I-765 form will be expiring august 31,08.. what form should I use then? any help? thanks!!

I'm not entirely sure, but I would think that if the date (that you write) on the form is prior to the 31st and if it's postmarked before that date, then you will be fine.

First off, Chris, that's a beautiful photo. Secondly you look amazingly like an actor from a now-cancelled British show called "Coupling." I did a double take!! :)

We got our biometrics appointment yesterday, for 9/10. That was pretty quick. I know the whole process doesn't move this smoothly (or maybe it will!) but with the K1 it seemed every step took ages...even getting the NOA1.

Go to the uscis.gov page and it tells you what form to use. Its right at the beginning of the site. There is a comment about the new form to use.

Don't let the choices chose you, chose the choices that you want.

hey people! so I got the NOA for I-130 and I-485 on August 12, but my I-765 was rejected ( outdated version ). On the 14-th I got my Bio appointment set for September 5-th. It's all good I guess, I just have to resubmit the I-765 form. did anybody got theirs rejected and had to resend it? maybe someone has an advice on what do I need to add in the envelope other than the form and copy after the NOA? good luck to all
