Tactful!! Thanks for your good wishes... :dancing: hopefully you are right and I will get them this week... All I want is to be able to work!! I am prepared for waiting for the rest of the process. :mellow:

Will an info pass appointment help me with my EAD?? I have a infopass appointment for Dec 2.

Don't be surprised if the same day you go on your INFOPASS appointment, your stuff turns up in the mail. Your appointment is just a couple of days away so we will see ;) . Please keep your spirits up, the holiday weekend has slowed things up a bit but everything will soon be back on track. I know that the Christmas holidays will be upon us in no time and you, like me want to get out of the house and start working. I will keep you in my prayers. Let me know how things go and have a great weekend.

Got SSN in the mail today! :devil:

Congrats little bro......now go nail that job.... :devil: careful GAP IS REALLY STRESSFUL!!!!! I'm not kidding..

No interview letter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! again...they left me hagging...

Got my AP today and my middle name was wrong instead DEL is DE , :crying: im so worry my EAD is going to come with the same problem :(:(:(:( I already checked the copies and i spelled it well... :angry:

USCIS, USCIS is going to give me a heart attack

09/06/2008--- Got RFE NEED I-693

09/07/2008--- Biometrics App.

11/01/2008--- Sent I-693 RFE And crossing my fingers.

11/26/2008--- EAD - Card production ordered.

11/26/2008--- AP Approval notice sent and got AP (WITH A TYPO!!!).

12/01/2008--- Got EAD and applied for SSN.

12/03/2008--- Waiting for the eternal SSN.

12/05/2008---Interview letter arrived.

12/20/2008---SSN Arrived

16/01/2009---Got a Job as a civilian in Fort Riley KS.

26/01/2009---Interview Appointment.

05/29/2008 --- Entry into the US on Visa Waiver to visit my girlfriend for a summer holiday and to help take care of her sick father where needed.

06/20/2008 -- After the sad passing of my girlfriend's father, we decided to get married and stay together

08/08/2008 --- We get married, lovely ceremony and dinner with all of Sarah's family present :-)

08/25/2008 --- AOS package sent to Chicago via Fedex overnight priority mail. Fingers crossed now!

08/26/2008 -- AOS Package received in Chicago, signed for by A.Smith (1 day before my VWP expires!)

09/02/2008 -- Checks cashed!!

09/03/2008 -- NOA1 received for I-485, I-130 and I-765.

09/05/2008 -- Case is shown online as pending!!

09/08/2008 -- Biometrics appointment letter received for September 23rd!! (For both I-485 and I-765)

09/12/2008 -- Biometrics walk-in completed, 11 days before the appointment! In Hackensack NJ.

09/20/2008 -- RFE for I-485 received. It was dated September 17.

09/25/2008 -- RFE response evidence sent out to Lee's Summit by USPS, certified mail.

10/02/2008 -- RFE response evidence received and case processing resumed!

11/04/2008 -- EAD CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED! Thank you Lord.

11/10/2008 -- EAD card received in the mail! wOOt wOOt!!!!

11/12/2008 -- SSN ordered from Hackensack, 2-4 weeks in mail!

Actually Jeraly, yesterday I worked for 11 hours straight..I'm looking for something in my field: P.R., Media Management, ect....any ideas?

Today I'm off, thank the Lord!!!

I made an Info Pass appointment to find out whats going on with my case, case since I filed in August I still can't see anything.

fendergirl i steped in the office every week from the day i applied...any mistake in ins computer or whatever

johnnie they will tell u that u are in the normaly timeframe wich is 6 month..after 6 month are over u can be worried

JJ - Don't envy you the long hour. You can try looking at careerbuilder.com and someone recommended craigslist to me as well - just keep looking and you'll find something more permanent eventually :)

As for the GC I wouldn't sweat it - you have your EAD and a job so it's really no big deal right now :)
