I'm getting very nervous about this VWP interview thing, there's a lot of talk of deportations on British Expats, even for people who successfully got their EAD. :(

Remember, every case is different.

Just go to your interview with your proof and be confident that you will get approved. No use giving yourself an ulcer thinking you will not get approved.

Think positive!

Thanks, I will have my last minute photocopes, anyway I am in the city already hanging around my husband office just a walking distance to USCIS office. My interview at 2:30pm.

05/29/2008 --- Entry into the US on Visa Waiver to visit my girlfriend for a summer holiday and to help take care of her sick father where needed.

06/20/2008 -- After the sad passing of my girlfriend's father, we decided to get married and stay together

08/08/2008 --- We get married, lovely ceremony and dinner with all of Sarah's family present :-)

08/25/2008 --- AOS package sent to Chicago via Fedex overnight priority mail. Fingers crossed now!

08/26/2008 -- AOS Package received in Chicago, signed for by A.Smith (1 day before my VWP expires!)

09/02/2008 -- Checks cashed!!

09/03/2008 -- NOA1 received for I-485, I-130 and I-765.

09/05/2008 -- Case is shown online as pending!!

09/08/2008 -- Biometrics appointment letter received for September 23rd!! (For both I-485 and I-765)

09/12/2008 -- Biometrics walk-in completed, 11 days before the appointment! In Hackensack NJ.

09/20/2008 -- RFE for I-485 received. It was dated September 17.

09/25/2008 -- RFE response evidence sent out to Lee's Summit by USPS, certified mail.

10/02/2008 -- RFE response evidence received and case processing resumed!

11/04/2008 -- EAD CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED! Thank you Lord.

11/10/2008 -- EAD card received in the mail! wOOt wOOt!!!!

11/12/2008 -- SSN ordered from Hackensack, 2-4 weeks in mail!

11/28/2008 -- SSN Received in the mail, wOOt!!!!!!!!

12/7/2008 -- INTERVIEW LETTER RECEIVED!!! It's scheduled February 19, 2009 at 8:30am in Newark. *nerves*

2/19/2009 -- Interview 8:30am - Green Card verbally approved

2/23/2009 -- Welcome letter received! followed by I-130 approval notice!

Today I just got the bank statement! No interview LETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! has the USCIS forgotten about my wife and I?????

I filed two weeks before you and I only received mine last week. I am sure it will come soon my friend (within the next 15 days).

I hope you're right cause I still have no INTERVIEW LETTER!!!!!!!!!! :angry::angry::angry:

tell us who the interview was...what questions they ask and so on???

Questions is all about me and my husband. Like how we met? My birthdate, birthplace, nationality...etc..all those informations that we wrote to our application probably the officer is just checking if it's all correct.

PATIENCE, I NEED SOME...

After sending my RFE my I-485 got touched and resumed but not my EAD or my AP (they are still pending) .

Shall i need to worry. ?

08/19/2008----NOA EAD AP and AOS

09/06/2008--- Got RFE NEED I-693

09/07/2008--- Biometrics App.

11/01/2008--- Sent I-693 RFE And crossing my fingers.

11/26/2008--- EAD - Card production ordered.

11/26/2008--- AP Approval notice sent and got AP (WITH A TYPO!!!).

12/01/2008--- Got EAD and applied for SSN.

12/03/2008--- Waiting for the eternal SSN.

12/05/2008---Interview letter arrived.

12/20/2008---SSN Arrived

16/01/2009---Got a Job as a civilian in Fort Riley KS.

26/01/2009---Interview Appointment.

26/01/2009- Green Card Approved

Don't worry Johnnie, it'll be here soon. You'll be surprised when you get it. I filed in September and checked the mail for bills and there is was.
