My check was cashed today. I remember when filing for my K1 visa it took them a month to cash my check.

10-19-08 - My birthday / Found out I am Pregnant!

11-06-08 - EAD card ordered; AP approved (USCIS website)

Recieved NOA's for all three AOS submissions on the 16th all dated 12 August. Hoping to see a biometrics notice this weekend or sometime next week.

CIS Office : California Service Center

Date Filed : 2011-04-18

NOA Date Received : 2011-06-06

Date on NOA: 2011-04-22

Bio. Appt. : 2011-06-24

Had to make an Info Pass appointment because there was a delay in receiving the NOA for our I-751. Never found out the reason for the delay but they gave Thao a 1 year green card stamp in her passport and we got a the NOA 2 days later.

Approved: 2011-09-23

The copy of my husband's DS 3025 from the doctor in Calgary came in the mail yesterday, so we are going to make sure we've got everything set and ready to go over the weekend and probably drop it in the mail Monday or Tuesay (he also still needs to get passport photos, but that should not take too long). I was starting to think we might end up being September filers, but I think we will be joining you all soon!

It is good to see they seem to be faster at least with getting out the NOA1s and cashing checks than they were when most of us filed our initial petitions last year.
