GREAT NEWS ALY!!!!! That's the day after my birthday.

Still loving my job. Think I accidently stumbled across my vocational calling. So fun and so rewarding. Today I assisted in surgery sat on the floor the clinic was so busy.

I think everything is going to slow down dramatically starting this week and until after Xmas cause USCIS is a government organization and they employ just regular people there, who will be getting ready for the holiday season. The company I work for is been really slow for the past couple of weeks and it's gonna be like this till the beginning of Jan 2009.

I'm working for a government organization and unlike other organizations, we are very very busy for the past couple weeks and are expected to have more works till the end of the year since we must try to finish all that we can before year end. So I think our case will go faster now :)

I'm noticing a trend here...

Noone on the spreadsheet has had any updates on their AoS since it was sent to the CSC.

Anyone gotten any touches?

The last update I have is from 10/10 when the CSC received it.

Same here---they received it October 7, and nothing since. I think some of us will start seeing approvals soon, maybe the beginning of December.

I'm getting very nervous about this VWP interview thing, there's a lot of talk of deportations on British Expats, even for people who successfully got their EAD. :(

05/29/2008 --- Entry into the US on Visa Waiver to visit my girlfriend for a summer holiday and to help take care of her sick father where needed.

06/20/2008 -- After the sad passing of my girlfriend's father, we decided to get married and stay together

08/08/2008 --- We get married, lovely ceremony and dinner with all of Sarah's family present :-)

08/25/2008 --- AOS package sent to Chicago via Fedex overnight priority mail. Fingers crossed now!

08/26/2008 -- AOS Package received in Chicago, signed for by A.Smith (1 day before my VWP expires!)

09/02/2008 -- Checks cashed!!

09/03/2008 -- NOA1 received for I-485, I-130 and I-765.

09/05/2008 -- Case is shown online as pending!!

09/08/2008 -- Biometrics appointment letter received for September 23rd!! (For both I-485 and I-765)

09/12/2008 -- Biometrics walk-in completed, 11 days before the appointment! In Hackensack NJ.

09/20/2008 -- RFE for I-485 received. It was dated September 17.
