Nope - it is still saying that my case doesn't exist online :lol: The other two show on there but I only got an e-mail for the EAD after I checked the website... saying that, the most recent update on the EAD was the day I got the e-mail so that one seemed to work ok... stupid crazy system ;)

Seems I get nothing for ages then it all hits me at once!! Just had a massive timeline update on my extended timeline page :lol: I might link to it actually... I dunno...

Anyone can help me just a little bit confused..... I just found out that i can see my case online.

Application Type: I765, APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On November 21, 2008, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

Application Type: I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: Case received and pending.

On August 26, 2008, we received this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS, and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. We process cases in the order we receive them. You can use our processing dates to estimate when yours will be done. This case is at our NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER location. Follow the link below to check processing dates. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

I already had appointment schedule for interview this Tuesday(Nov. 25), then I don't receive yet my EAD. What if my EAD arrived after my interview?

If you receive your EAD after your interview it doesn't really make much difference - I believe that you can use the GC for work authorisation anyway so it would be pretty useless :D Maybe you can frame it :lol:

In other news, I've just done a major spreadsheet update so please let me know if anything looks amiss!!!

Patrick received his AP today. I suppose if we are approved at the interview it's not THAT big of a deal to either EAD or AP, but it didn't cost us anything, so no worries.

At least if we run into snafus, we can still go to Canada over Christmas break.

Great news! I just randomly got my interview letter for 28th January!! Woohoo! I so wasn't expecting that - I thought it might be my EAD :D

08/29/08 - Notice of Rejection of 797C Fee (Sent in extra money - money order mailed back.)

Fee waived for I-765 application when filed concurrently with I-130 and I-485.

08/30/08 - Biometrics Apt Notice received

09/13/08 - Biometrics completed and picture taken

11/05/08 - EAD card production ordered

11/07/08 - Received I-485 Interview letter

11/10/08 - EAD card production ordered (again)

Hey guys,

My I-485 finally showed up online. Now I can see the 3 cases. Just checked and it was "touched" yesterday, probably when they updated the system to show online.

Congrats on all approvals and interview letters!! :thumbs:

For those who haven't gotten them yet ... hang in there guys .. they're coming. :whistle: Like Jeraly says .. you will get them when you least expect it!! :yes:

I think everything is going to slow down dramatically starting this week and until after Xmas cause USCIS is a government organization and they employ just regular people there, who will be getting ready for the holiday season. The company I work for is been really slow for the past couple of weeks and it's gonna be like this till the beginning of Jan 2009.
